Optimize patient scheduling systems to maximize resource utilization and minimize wait times. Collaborate with healthcare providers to uphold and continuously improve standards of patient care and service delivery. Oversee patient records management to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and adherence to privacy regulations. Coordinate with the Finance Department on inventory management for medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals. Conduct regular meetings—including staff, operational, office, and clinical meetings—as well as training sessions to foster communication and reinforce compliance. Stay informed on industry trends, healthcare regulations, and best practices, and provide strategic recommendations to enhance clinic operations. Develop and update clinical training materials, customer service manuals, and sales scripts. Maintain accurate machinery records and coordinate routine maintenance for all clinical equipment.
