Execute short- and long-term plans to cater to HR's system requirement needs, in line with Group-wide offerings and IT governance standards Provide administrative support in the review, design, testing and implementation of HRIS-related solutions (e.g. SAP HRIS, talent portal, HR dashboard, e-recruitment, etc.) to drive HR strategic and operational effectiveness Coordinate the ongoing day-to-day HRIS and data integration between various system platforms (e.g. SAP HRIS, Lotus Notes, HR payroll system, etc.) to ensure the smooth running of HR operational activities Conduct simple reviews of system workflows and specifications. Compile HRIS evaluation data for review purposes. Manage high-level data quality in all HRIS Conduct simple, non-complex diagnosis and troubleshooting on software packages, security, password problems, etc., as part of supporting stakeholders' day-to-day IT queries/requests Prepare training materials, coordinate training schedules and communications to equip employees with the necessary knowledge to operate existing/new/updated systems Support HRIS projects to enhance existing system needs (e.g. new system implementation, HRIS upgrades, standardization to global requirements, etc.). Coordinate external vendor evaluation activities to facilitate vendor selection for such initiatives Support internal stakeholders to ensure stakeholder requirements are met regarding SAP HRIS, talent portal, global HR dashboard, e-recruitment, etc. Respond to queries and requests from external IT vendors/consultants to facilitate smooth running of system upgrade/improvement initiatives

Stock receiving, checking & control of head office pantry & household necessities. Make sure to keep all necessary documents for relative matters with a proper filing system. Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources Ensure the checking of the operation conformity to below quality requirements: Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guideline, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) 7s (Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardize, Sustaining, Safety and Security) guideline other requirements committed by local or regional management (eg., Regional Best Practices, Guidelines, Protocols and SOPs) Prepare and assist in designing quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques for Product Inbound, Outbound and Return checks Maintain all controlled document files and quality records in a timely and accurate manner Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management Provide technical assistance to production/operations on quality and process improvements, and troubleshooting when necessary
Prepare and implement technical sales action plans to achieve sales targets for assigned business/territory Track self-progress against key performance indicators (To hit Sales Targets and Gross Margin) and sales plans. Prioritize and review daily sales activities performed Develop new accounts and business Call/visit existing and prospective customers to solicit orders, and gain demonstrations and quotation opportunities.
