Process warranty claims and ensure warranty processes are followed and claims are entered accurately into required systems. Determine eligibility for warranty coverage and claims, using the warranty administration manual Identify items associated with repair that can be covered and communicate to stakeholders Collect information such as COGS, Labor, Travel, SRT, Reports, Parts, other claimable. Submit the claims on the respective warranty system. Warranty invoicing process with the respective teams. Respond to requests in a timely manner, performing due diligence checks prior to updates Distribute the warranty campaign, ATC, TRP, alerts to service teams. Assist superior in implementing continuous improvement activities for HR administration processes and services within the Business Unit. Provide administrative support on department's initiatives and programs. Onboard the new employee, prepare and manage the required documents like employment contract, staff card, onboarding kits. Organize and manage organizational data, documents, and files to ensure easy retrieval and accessibility. Personal filing and maintain proper documentation. Support activities and provide administrative support on change management initiatives across the organization. Conduct the onboarding and offboarding process. Support functional manager in managing operating budgets and costs for the resourcing function according to annual allocation to ensure efficient usage of resources. Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country for the assigned Business Unit through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and the DKSH behavior model. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing the research. Work closely with HRBP to plan and implement workforce planning strategies for specific jobs, maintaining documentation on requirements and job responsibilities. Identify and connect with the best-matched applicants for a particular job profile by scanning and reviewing multiple resumes obtained from various channels. Analyze the knowledge, skills and experience of candidates as per job search requirements. Conduct pre-screening interviews, manage high-level interviews and prepare final pay compensation packages in collaboration with HRBP and People Services Team Develop a pool of qualified external candidates by building networks to monitor, track and periodically locate identified qualified candidates for specialized/critical roles. Participate in professional resourcing meetings, create contacts within the industry and support in participating job/career fairs to increase awareness of the organization
Manage resourcing budget utilization against costs in hiring activities (e.g. negotiating pay/salary rates, external recruiter fees, job advertisement fees, etc.) Lead and manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identify the best-fitting candidates aligned to job requirements and the DKSH behavior model. Develop a pool of qualified external candidates by building networks to monitor, track and periodically locate identified qualified candidates for specialized/critical jobs Manage implementation of tactical resourcing policies, procedures, and processes to govern the organization's hiring activities. Manage usage of resourcing and talent acquisition tools/templates. Ensure compliance and customize tools/templates to meet internal requirements. Manage and implement the selection matrix for choosing the optimum resourcing channels and sources (e.g. newspaper advertisements, social media, websites, magazines, external search agencies/consultants, etc.) Review periodical reporting of resourcing and talent acquisition activities (e.g. reports, dashboards, analytics, etc.). Recommend tactical action plans, where applicable Manage the implementation of ad hoc projects and initiatives related to resourcing and talent acquisition to ensure continuous improvements of HR solutions.
