Conducting presentations of the company’s product to doctors, nurses, and pharmacists in the CME program or Round Table Discussion. Securing the business of the assigned territories. Including Yangon area and respective up-country area. Monitoring competitor activity and competitors' products. Building and maintaining positive working relationships with healthcare professionals and supporting administrative staff.
Support superior in managing day-to-day operating expenditures against operating budgets to ensure efficient usage of resources Ensure the checking of the operation conformity to below quality requirements: Good Storage Practice (GSP), Good Distribution Practice (GDP) guideline, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) 7s (Sorting, Straightening, Shining, Standardize, Sustaining, Safety and Security) guideline other requirements committed by local or regional management (eg., Regional Best Practices, Guidelines, Protocols and SOPs) Prepare and assist in designing quality assurance systems, including the development of quality checklists, supporting tools and techniques for Product Inbound, Outbound and Return checks Maintain all controlled document files and quality records in a timely and accurate manner Assist in providing training to employees on quality awareness and management Provide technical assistance to production/operations on quality and process improvements, and troubleshooting when necessary
Generators/Engine installation, commissioning, and maintenance service (PM general maintenance service of the Cummins gen-set corrective maintenance/repair service) as per service schedule. Execution of routine services on all Cummins and OEM generators at customer sites all around Myanmar. Attending emergency breakdowns/ repairs at the customer sites or power plants. Controlling of spare parts requirements at the site in accordance to the company procedures. Direct contact with Service Supervisor, to communicate any customer requests or complaints at the site. Communication with the Service Supervisor, for reporting failures, parts requests, data on the customer sites ensuring service reporting. Ensuring that service vehicle is well equipment and work area is maintained in safe and good order in compliance with Quality Health Safety Environmental rules (internally and as per local regulation) Completing and submitting per agreed timelines the service reports, health check sheets, JSA, JSO, near miss reporting and timesheets ect...
