About the Job: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Activation Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing brand activation campaigns by understanding the goals set by the Activation Lead, creating detailed execution plans, and ensuring smooth logistical operations. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage various aspects of brand activations. Responsibilities (but not limited to): - Execute campaigns by understanding the goals set by the Activation Lead. - Create comprehensive execution plans for activations, covering all details including samples, merchandise, call times, and more. - Follow instructions from the Activation Lead to provide proper reports, including photos of activations, sample unit counts, merchandise spend, and sales tracking forms. - Ensure deliverables and deadlines are met by adhering to the work plan for each activation. - Manage logistics, including car bookings, PG bookings, and merchandise bookings. - Handle agency coordination when running activation campaigns with external agencies. - Perform other related duties as required.

About the Job: The Head of Finance and Accounting reports to the Country Director and is responsible for statutory and corporate financial reporting; budget planning; grants management and donor compliance; taxation; procurement management; and team management. Fraud and corruption prevention and early assessment of financial risks are also among the duties. The HFA must provide strategic support for financial strategy and planning, business analysis, and ongoing improvement of financial processes. He/she will manage a growing finance and procurement department. DKT is looking for a skilled professional with experience in both commercial operations and non-profit organizations. Duties include (but are not limited to): Managing and overseeing the organization’s entire finance system Financial reporting to HQ, including preparation and validation of monthly sales reports Developing budgets for business plans and donor grants Tracking of grant expenditures, and related reporting to donors Reviewing and analyzing monthly sales revenue, product costs, distributors’ reports, and calculate quarterly sales incentive bonuses Liaising with external international-grade auditors, to make ensure yearly audit and tax reports are well prepared and on time Ensuring full compliance with Procurement policy and develop/update procurement SOP Compliance: Understanding current and proposed legislation (esp. with regard to taxes), enforcing accounting regulations and recommending new procedures Delivering regular awareness training for staff on compliance issues and provide the management with early warning if significant financial risks seen ahead. Managing and guiding finance and accounting staff Cooperating with HR for monthly payroll and personal-income tax withholding Contributing (relevant, valuable) comment and opinions pro-actively to Country Director and/or Management team
