About the Job: The Procurement Manager will play a pivotal role in our operations by managing the procurement process and ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services required. He/she will be responsible for developing procurement plan, reviewing and update the procurement policies, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and optimizing procurement processes to maximize value and minimize costs. Responsibilities (but not limited to) : Develop and implement procurement plan by coordinating with internal stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and requirements. Review, update and apply the standard procurement procedures and policies. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, cost, reliability, and other factors. Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and pricing. Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise. Monitor and analyze procurement trends, market conditions, and supplier performance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement function. Maintain all the records and documents in a systematic order. About the Job: The Chief Accountant, reporting to Finance Manager, is mainly responsible to organize the day-to-day finance department operation in accordance with the DKT rules and regulations, to enforce the compliances, policies, and procedures in all areas of financial operation in a constructive manner and to assist and coordinate with Director of Finance in all financial reports and year-end auditing process. Duties include (but are not limited to): Provide the necessary assistant and enforcement the application of SAP in daily procedures. Support the external audits for statutory audit, HQ audit and donor audit, by ensuring that the organization meets its donors’ audit guidelines, as well as statutory and compliance obligations, including tax issues. Prepare budgets and budgetary control towards business plans and donor grants. Lead the month end financial closing process and ensure that monthly financial statements are reported and done the financial analysis on time. Cooperate with other internal units to enforce the financial policies and procedures, as well as to smooth out the working processes. Chief Accountant to prepare for the financial report requested by HQ, monthly management report, year-end statutory report and ensuring all of these reports are free from material error. About the Job: The purpose of the position is to elevate the training profile of DKT Myanmar on family planning and extended SRHR services. The positions will focus mainly on training of LARCs and PAC with supporting modules to be able to assist healthcare providers to be able to provide extended SRHR services in their practices. Responsibilities (but not limited to) : Develop the materials, criteria and checklists required to shortlist, train and develop healthcare facilities and providers to become extended SRHR providers. Work with field coordinators to map the eligible outlets for training and produce an updated trained provider list for future referrals. Ensuring that the training programs are conducting in accordance with the Quality Assurance guidelines Assist and collaborate with training consultants for the PAC programs to establish healthcare facilities to be able to provide emergency and advanced PAC services Evaluating the effectiveness of the trainings and providing necessary technical supports to stakeholders Oversee outreach activities and provide technical assistance to HCPs in the service delivery points Conducting on-the-job trainings and refresher training sessions for GPs, as needed. Provide a comprehensive training report after each session, including details on training delivery, as well as pre-test and post-test evaluations. Ensuring all the training related documents are kept in systematic order Dealing with financial expenses in accordance with the guideline set by the organization Giving logistics supports for the training programs Performing other related duties as required
