Manage the HR operations in accordance with the Company’s human resources policies. The scope involves mainly recruitment & onboarding, salary administration, promotions, transfers, personnel administration, training & development, industrial & employee's relations, HRIS data maintenance, time & attendance, succession planning, performance management, discipline management and leave administration Manage the Graduate Development and Internship Programme. Provide advice to Group HR on HR policies and procedures to reflect the changing people’s need of the business. Seek support and advice from Group HR and the peer HR Team as required to ensure optimum service to the Business is provided Provide advice and guidance on HR policies, practices and relevant employment law to the Business ManCom and line managers/supervisors/employees as required. Monitor dept expenses, check for variances periodically and advise the Group HR Director. Ensure compliance to Government & labour laws and HR policies & procedures. Advise HR Director of any potential people issues that will affect the safet and welfare of staff and/or disrupt business operations Make accruals with Finance for areas not being paid yet Participate in projects as assigned Coach and develop team members Provide close engagement with staff Involve in staff welfare activities, including the Social Club.
Evaluating company accounting procedures, payroll, inventory, and tax statements to guide financial policymaking. Conducting risk assessments to recommend aversion measures and cost savings. Following up with management to ensure remediations are implemented into the company's financial practices. Supervising junior auditing personnel and implementing their research work into the auditing process. Preparing and reviewing annual audit memorandums. Researching applicable federal and state laws and regulations to ensure the company's books are compliant.
Identify hazards, conduct specific risk assessments and promote near misses reporting and advise preventive control measures (daily basis). Conduct inspection to machines, site walkabout and follow up (daily basis). Prepare daily report on findings/ observations and report to HSE executive and line managers/ supervisors. (daily basis) Manage contractor management/ activities/ installation and organize permit to work. Conduct accident investigation, sharing case studies and OHS training to employees on the following day after accident happened (as and when). Organize and conduct OHS training and refresher training (regular schedule monthly). Oversee installations, maintenance, disposal of substances etc., Prepare weekly report on findings/ observation and follow up corrective actions done by operation/ line supervisors/ line managers. Summarize and collate information and prepare monthly KPI report to HSE executive. Take responsibility and accountability as safety officer stated in local OHS law. Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
Support the Brand Manager in the delivery of Brand KPI's relating to brand equity Support and follow up all the action plans related to the overall brand operations across the Marketing Matrix Update the Team on competitor movements, informal consumer insights, and ensure the BM has current information on pricing and promotions within the Category Liaise with cross-functional staff within company, particularly Trade Marketing, to help deliver the excellent execution in Marketing initiatives on time and cost effectively Assist to monitor Brand spending, creating and accurately processing related documents within company system (e.g SAP) Coordinate with ATL, Digital and Event agencies on day-to-day requirements of the Brand Ensure continued self-exposure to Brand Marketing and Channel/Trade Marketing either on-the-job from coaching/in-house training Other Ad-hoc tasks assigned by HOD and line manager
