Develop, implement, and monitor strategic sales & marketing plans to meet enrolment targets. Lead, motivate, and train the sales & marketing team to deliver results. Manage the admissions process, ensuring excellent customer care for students and parents. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online & offline), including events, school visits, fairs, and social media promotions. Collaborate with academic and management teams to align marketing strategies with institutional goals. Build and maintain partnerships with schools, organizations, and industry stakeholders.
