Understand the mission, vision, structure, operations and policies of Edulink Myanmar Enter data about student enrollments prompting and accurately into relevant databases Monitor student enrollment information to assist with student re-enrollment Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments within the organisation (coaching, sales, teaching, finance, HR, study abroad, etc…) Open the centre according to the SSO work roster Receive visitors, guests, customers, potential client in a cordial and appropriate manner Organise & manage placement tests at the centre when required Handle customer issues & complaints according to company policies Assist other SSOs with specialised processes when needed (eg. certificate printing, arranging graduation ceremonies, etc…) Contributing to other centre projects and initiatives as directed
● To provide professional and quality education consulting and career counseling services to clients via face-to-face, phone, Zoom and email ● To provide consultation and up-to date information to applicants about programs, eligibility of overseas study, admissions requirements of our institution partners, living expenses, accommodation rental, etc ● To maily promote our university partners and their programs ● To support and participate in company's events such as education exhibitions, school visits, seminars, etc ● To handle enquiries from phone call-in, Facebook leads and walk-in ● To follow up potential students from database for application ● To record the daily leads and inquiries accurately in the database ● To maintain good relationship with customers ● To be able to meet the sales target ● To assist notary translation of students' academic documents
To submit university and visa application for students and parents To follow up with university admissions for application process To follow up with students for additional requested documents from university To advise visa documents according to the checklist To assist tuition payment to university To assist orientation and pre-departure To record and update the enrollment data To assist accommodation and airport pick-up booking for students To assist notary translation of students and parents' visa documents
