Key Responsibilities: ✅ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for Study Abroad programs. ✅ Create and manage engaging social media content (Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.). ✅ Design and produce promotional materials, advertisements, and event flyers. ✅ Plan, organize, and promote education fairs, info sessions, and marketing events. ✅ Conduct market research and analyze marketing performance metrics (engagement rate, reach, conversion, etc.). ✅ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing channels. ✅ Handle administrative and coordination tasks related to marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our programs. Plan both online and offline marketing activities, including social media, events, seminars, school visits, and education fairs. Create marketing content such as posters, social media posts, videos, and newsletters. Coordinate with academic and admissions teams to ensure accurate program information. Maintain and update student databases and inquiry records from every social medias. Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Monitor engagement, inquiries, and campaign performance. Build and maintain relationships with schools, teachers, counselors, and education agents. Organize and support seminars, webinars and open houses Prepare regular marketing and recruitment reports. Track campaign results and provide improvement suggestions.
● Identify and follow up on sales opportunities online , on site ( events ,education fairs and so on ) and off site according to strategic plan ● Identify and understand customers’ needs and provide solutions on how our services can address them . ● Process sales through to full payment. ● Provide ongoing support to customers with customer service department ● Respond to customer enquiries as needed. ● Record information as required and maintain accurate records. ● Ensure important information is transmitted to relevant staff and departments ● Strong awareness of working field and adapt to evolving market trends
Operational Management Oversee daily operations across Student Service, Local Teaching, and Sales & Marketing teams. Ensure all departments follow SOPs, quality standards, and company policies. Monitor attendance, punctuality, and performance of operational staff. Identify operational gaps and implement improvements. Coordinate with academic and admin teams to ensure smooth class operations, scheduling, and student flow. People & Performance Management Monitor team KPIs and ensure targets are met (student satisfaction, retention, conversion, teaching quality, response time, etc.). Conduct regular check-ins, coaching sessions, and performance evaluations. Coordinate with HR on hiring, onboarding, and training for operational staff. Build a positive work culture and improve teamwork across departments. Student Experience & Service Quality Ensure a high standard of student service and communication. Handle student complaints and resolve issues promptly. Track and improve student satisfaction metrics Ensure timely and accurate student communication, registration, and support processes. Academic Operations Oversee scheduling, teacher allocation, and class capacity management. Ensure teaching materials, rooms, and equipment are well-prepared and maintained. Sales & Marketing Coordination Ensure the Sales Team follows processes for leads, follow-up, conversion, and reporting. Review daily sales performance and provide operational support where needed. Coordinate with marketing for events, promotions, and academic activities. Reporting & Administration Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for SBDM. Track budgets, expenses, and operational resources..
