Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them. 6. Collaborate with internal teams to align digital marketing initiatives with broader organizational goals and objectives. 7. Prepare regular reports on digital marketing performance and present findings to the line manager.

Understand the mission, vision, structure, operations and policies of Edulink Myanmar Enter data about student enrollments prompting and accurately into relevant databases Monitor student enrollment information to assist with student re-enrollment Communicate and coordinate effectively with other departments within the organisation (coaching, sales, teaching, finance, HR, study abroad, etc…) Open the centre according to the SSO work roster Receive visitors, guests, customers, potential client in a cordial and appropriate manner Organise & manage placement tests at the centre when required Handle customer issues & complaints according to company policies Assist other SSOs with specialised processes when needed (eg. certificate printing, arranging graduation ceremonies, etc…) Contributing to other centre projects and initiatives as directed
