Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Study Abroad Team Leader to oversee our Study Abroad Business Unit . This role will be responsible for driving student enrollment , executing marketing and sales strategies , overseeing university applications and visa submissions , and managing the admin team to ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, target-driven, and experienced in managing both people and processes in the international education sector. Key Responsibilities: 1. Marketing & Outreach Plan and execute marketing activities to promote study abroad programs. Conduct seminars, webinars, and info sessions to attract prospective students. Coordinate with the internal marketing team to develop digital campaigns and promotional materials. Monitor lead generation performance and improve visibility in target markets. 2. Student Recruitment & Sales Handle student inquiries and guide them through the admission process. Convert leads into enrollments through effective counseling and follow-up. Maintain detailed records of prospects, applications, and conversions using CRM tools. Meet or exceed monthly enrollment and revenue targets. 3. University Application & Visa Processing Oversight Supervise the end-to-end process of university application submissions, document verification, and student follow-up. Oversee visa counseling and submission processes to ensure timely and compliant applications. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of all student documentation submitted by the admin team. 4. Team & Admin Management Manage and guide an administrative team responsible for application and visa documentation, data entry, and student communication. Allocate tasks, monitor performance, and ensure that team KPIs are met. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure the team is aligned with processes and service standards. 5. Reporting & Coordination Report regularly to the Operations Manager on key metrics, challenges, and achievements. Maintain accurate reports on leads, enrollments, application status, visa outcomes, and revenue. Coordinate across departments (marketing, admissions, counseling) to ensure a seamless student experience. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of student enrollments (monthly/quarterly) Conversion rate from inquiry to application and visa Turnaround time for application and visa submissions Admin team productivity and task completion rates Marketing campaign effectiveness and lead quality
Position Overview : The role of Student Service Officer (B2B) at Edulink English Language Centre involves managing student enrollments, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring exceptional service to students and clients. Key Responsibilities: ● Student Enrollment Management: Accurately input and monitor student enrollment data, assisting with re-enrollment processes as needed. ● Interdepartmental Coordination: Collaborate effectively with departments such as sales, teachers, finance, HR, and study abroad to ensure seamless operations. ● Client Interaction: Greet visitors, guests, and potential clients warmly, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. ● Placement Test Organization: Plan and oversee placement tests at the center when required. ● Issue Resolution: Handle customer issues and complaints in accordance with company policies. ● Administrative Support: Assist with specialized processes, including certificate printing and organizing graduation ceremonies. ● Center Operations: Open and close the center according to the work roster, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Check the monthly content calendar, and research appropriate websites for content ideas. Write copies and taglines for daily social posts according to the calendar. Manage Edulink social media accounts (Facebook, TikTok) - schedule daily posts, monitor post analytics and engage with the audience. Create designs for daily posts such as weekly quizzes, idioms, and other special days. Check marketing stocks such as flyers, brochures and issue uniforms when request by sales team. Prepare weekly KPI for all the tasks done within a week including social media report. Prepare a monthly content calendar including special days, audience engagement posts, knowledge sharing, student engagement activities, and sale posts. Continuous communication with event organisers for the event details.
Key Responsibilities: Counsel students on suitable education pathways based on their academic background and career goals. Provide accurate information on international universities, programs, and admission requirements. Assist with university applications, visa processes, and document preparation. Maintain regular follow-up with students to ensure completion of application steps. Liaise with partner institutions and maintain up-to-date program information. Support marketing efforts including school visits, info sessions, and webinars. Maintain student records and prepare weekly reports.
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans aligned with GED science standards. Teach science concepts in areas like biology, chemistry, and physics. Adapt lessons to accommodate diverse learning styles and needs. Utilize various teaching methods and educational resources to enhance student engagement.
