By working closely with the HR Executive, the Officer ensures recruitment support, documentation, and internal coordination processes run smoothly. This role also ensures employee-related needs are addressed promptly, internal communication is clear, and company events and logistics are well-coordinated. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Supervise Assistants on CV intake, candidate follow-ups, and interview scheduling. Prepare pre-screening forms, evaluation sheets, and recruitment trackers. HR Documentation Draft and maintain contracts, agreements, and confidentiality forms. Manage attendance, leave records, and staff documentation. Onboarding & Offboarding Ensure workspace, accounts, and welcome kits are prepared for new hires. Oversee asset return and clearance process for departing staff. Admin & Facilities Maintain supply inventory, refreshments, and petty cash documentation. Manage vendor requests for office services. Reporting & Metrics Compile HR/admin reports (expenses, turnover, probation, attendance) for HR Executive. Track SLA compliance and escalate risks when needed. Events & Partner Support Coordinate logistics for university visits, fairs, and internal events. Ensure all materials and setups are ready in advance. Commitment Minimum 16 months (4-month probation + 12-month confirmed). Respond to team communication within 10 minutes during office hours. Position Title: Education Partnerships Assistant Job Purpose The Education Partnerships Assistant supports the Business Development and Partnership team in researching and coordinating with partner schools and institutions. The role involves follow-ups, documentation, and assisting with meetings and events. This is an entry-level position for candidates who are organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in the international education sector. Key Responsibilities 1.Partnership Research & Outreach Support Research potential partner institutions (schools, colleges, language centers). Assist with outreach via email, calls, and follow-ups. Help with meeting scheduling and presentation preparation. 2.Partnership Coordination & Documentation Assist in coordinating partnership meetings and follow-ups.
