Department: Business Development Location: Yangon, Myanmar Reports to: GM/Founder Salary Range: 600,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance) Job Purpose The Study Abroad Partnership Associate is responsible for identifying, establishing, and maintaining partnerships with schools, colleges, language centers, and other educational institutions in Myanmar and abroad. The role also requires supporting student counseling, coordinating study abroad projects, and ensuring smooth communication with stakeholders. This is a performance-driven role with bonuses tied to successfully signed partnership agreements. The ideal candidate must be committed, highly organized, flexible to work outside standard hours, and open to occasional international travel for campus visits. Key Responsibilities & KPIs 1. Partnership Development Research, identify, and approach new prospective partner institutions. Conduct outreach, presentations, and meetings to secure new agreements. KPI: Minimum 5–6 outreach contacts per day / 25–30 per week / 100–120 per month KPI: Support or attend 6–8 partnership meetings per week / 25–30 per month KPI: Contribute to 3–5 signed partnerships per month (as part of a team effort) 2. Relationship Management Maintain active communication with existing partners and ensure they receive timely updates. Provide support to strengthen long-term collaboration. KPI: 80% of assigned partners receive at least one engagement touchpoint per month 3. Student Counseling Support Provide counseling and advice to prospective students on overseas study opportunities. Refer complex cases to senior counselors. KPI: 100% of assigned sessions completed on time with ≥80% student satisfaction. 4. Reporting & Documentation Submit accurate weekly operational and partnership reports. Ensure all signed MoUs and partner records are properly filed. KPI: 100% on-time report submission, KPI: Minimal errors in documentation 5. Events & Marketing Support Support Elevate’s study abroad events, info sessions, and campaigns. Represent Elevate at local and international events. KPI: Participate in at least 80–90% of assigned events 6. Travel & Campus Visits Join international campus visits (1–2 per year) to build relationships with global partners. KPI: Submit visit report within 5 working days after return 7. Problem-Solving & Ownership Resolve most coordination issues independently, escalating only when necessary. KPI: 70–80% of routine issues resolved without escalation Bonus Structure (Performance-Based) Additional bonus for every successfully signed partnership (MoU) with a qualified educational institution. Partnerships must be legitimate, signed by both parties, and fully documented. No bonus for duplicates, inactive partnerships, or irrelevant associations. Bonus is strictly tied to measurable performance as per KPIs above. Salary & Benefits 600,000 MMK per month (based on experience and performance). 13th-Month Bonus. Job Purpose The HR & Administrative Officer is a junior team leader role that supervises Assistants and ensures all HR and office operations are executed accurately and on time. This position bridges daily administrative execution with leadership oversight, ensuring Elevate’s standards are consistently met. By working closely with the HR Executive, the Officer ensures recruitment support, documentation, and internal coordination processes run smoothly. This role also ensures employee-related needs are addressed promptly, internal communication is clear, and company events and logistics are well-coordinated. Key Responsibilities Recruitment Support Supervise Assistants on CV intake, candidate follow-ups, and interview scheduling. Prepare pre-screening forms, evaluation sheets, and recruitment trackers. HR Documentation Draft and maintain contracts, agreements, and confidentiality forms. Manage attendance, leave records, and staff documentation. Onboarding & Offboarding Ensure workspace, accounts, and welcome kits are prepared for new hires. Oversee asset return and clearance process for departing staff. Admin & Facilities Maintain supply inventory, refreshments, and petty cash documentation. Manage vendor requests for office services. Reporting & Metrics Compile HR/admin reports (expenses, turnover, probation, attendance) for HR Executive. Track SLA compliance and escalate risks when needed. Events & Partner Support Coordinate logistics for university visits, fairs, and internal events. Ensure all materials and setups are ready in advance. Commitment Minimum 16 months (4-month probation + 12-month confirmed). Respond to team communication within 10 minutes during office hours.
