What we do

Excellent Fortune Development Group Co., Ltd. (EFD Group) is a Myanmar conglomerate with a diversified portfolio of businesses in the fields of Financial, Real Estate, Mining, Agriculture and Industrial. EFD Group is one of six conglomerates in Myanmar that holds multiple financial licenses issued by the Central Bank of Myanmar, including banking, insurance, finance and microfinance licenses.

Guided by our motto of “Driven to Excellence”, we look to cooperate with domestic and foreign business partners to capture the opportunities to contribute to the development of Myanmar. All Excellent Fortune Development Group Jobs
Develop and implement performance evaluation processes. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees for performance improvement. Identify training and development needs and coordinate relevant programs. Propose of HR related matters such as budget, planning, analysis, training plans, etc. Implement according to the guideline for the Performance Management System (PMS), KPI, Competencies, SOP and etc. Search the branch marking data of the other local & foreign companies and employee data survey process. Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction. Conduct employee surveys and focus groups to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. Develop retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
Oversee and manage all administrative functions to ensure smooth office operations. Develop, implement, and maintain office policies and procedures. Supervise administrative staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance. Manage office budgets and ensure cost-effective operations. Coordinate and manage office activities, meetings, and events. Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary. Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and facilities. Liaise with other departments and provide administrative support as needed. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Ensure compliance with company policies and government regulations.
Lead and execute the design process for various projects, including digital, print, and multimedia. Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for marketing campaigns, websites, social media, and other platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality design solutions. Stay updated on the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to continuously improve our design practices. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project specifications.
