Develop and implement strategic plans for the agency distribution channel to achieve business objectives, including sales growth, market expansion, and profitability. Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of insurance agents. Provide ongoing coaching and support to help agents achieve their sales targets. Monitor and evaluate the performance of agency distribution teams and individual agents. Implement performance improvement plans as needed. Build and maintain strong relationships with agency partners and stakeholders. Set and monitor sales targets for the agency distribution channel. Develop incentive programs and sales campaigns to motivate agents and achieve targets. Ensure that agents have a deep understanding of the insurance products and services offered by the company. Provide training and resources to keep agents updated on product changes and market trends. Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive trends. Use data to make informed decisions regarding agency distribution strategies. Develop and manage the budget for the agency distribution department, including expenses related to recruitment, training, and marketing initiatives.
