Schedule Agents Training with NIIM. Arrange and ensure training venues and materials are fully prepared. Sending out pre-course information to the Agents. Compiling the training objectives of the participants. Maintain training records and prepare reports. Handling the payment process and training request requirements. Any other tasks assigned by HOD.
Collaborate closely with the Agency Supervisor and Management to provide proactive and strategic support to the agency sales channel. Take a leading role in identifying, developing, and implementing sales opportunities and initiatives to drive agency productivity and growth. Contribute to building and strengthening an effective, high- performing Agency Distribution Channel. Work in partnership with the recruitment team to lead and support agent recruitment and manpower growth within the cluster. Mentor and guide junior team members and agency staff to foster development and knowledge sharing.
