Lead and manage a team of agency business development executives to support company agent sales and manpower growth. Work closely to provide prompt and effective support to the agency sales channel. Assist in the creation of sales opportunities, monitor sales activities, and be the intermediary to all agency support functions. Develop and strengthen an effective, productive, and sustainable Agency Distribution Channel. Monitor agency sales through appropriate sales analyses and reports. Work closely with the recruitment team to support recruitment efforts within the cluster. Assist in agency manpower growth and agent recruitment.
Perform Survey and underwriting processes in accordance with company policies and procedures. Collect premium payments for renewals, motor insurance, and new business. Prepare weekly, monthly, and yearly reports. Analyze claims data and loss history to support policy renewals, pricing adjustments, and coverage cancellations. Collaborate with insurance agents and brokers to provide quotations, respond to inquiries, and resolve underwriting issues. Conduct risk assessments and provide recommendations to the senior underwriter for complex cases. Handle customers' complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Provide guidance and mentorship to assistants and junior staff.
Develop strong branding and positioning strategies; responsible for marketing communications, offline and digital advertising, promotional activities, and events across different channels and segments. Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies. Prepare press releases and publicity materials and attend press events. Conceptualize, develop, and implement effective marketing strategies to acquire new customers, strengthen customer engagement, and retain existing customers. Plan, organize, and execute events, promotional activities, roadshows, and other marketing events. Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. Develop new business partnerships and business opportunities through tie-ups and affinity marketing. Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. Present ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
