Job Overview Be responsible end to end for quality assurance and control processes from policies definition to executing, controlling and updating. SOPs and policies: Format, revise, update internal business processes, policies and SOPs in collaboration with department heads Identify lacks, bottlenecks, hidden risks or non-conformity issues then recommend and implement required changes Keep abreast of regulatory developments within or outside of the company as well as evolving best practices in compliance control Ensure alignment of company SOPs/policies with ISO certification (9001, 18788) and OHSAS 18001 and coordinate with ISO certifying company Filing documentation with relevant bodies Control and internal audits: Develop and oversee control systems to prevent or deal with violations of legal guidelines and internal policies Monitor enforcement of standards and regulations and provide advice or training when necessary Define and execute site audits campaign to ensure compliance to company policies and SOPs Maintain accurate quality compliance records Training: Producing training materials in connection with ISO certification and internal quality policies and sharing best practice in coordination with department heads and HR department. Key Responsibilities Monitor daily Command Centre operations and record activities in the daily log. Coordinate duty rosters, personnel updates, and rotation schedules for duty managers. Handle security incidents including call handling, response coordination, reporting, and escalation. Track and monitor BAO, Mobile Patrol, CiT, and secure logistics missions. Post job vacancies internally and externally to relevant channels. Participate in volume recruitment campaigns, liaising with function heads to anticipate peak recruitment needs. Candidate Selection : Ensure candidates have clear backgrounds. Identify suitable candidates based on job descriptions, company culture, and salary guidelines. Conduct preliminary interviews and screenings using structured methodologies. Schedule interviews with hiring managers. Onboarding & Internal Communication : Assist in onboarding new site personnel, ensuring awareness of company policies and systems.
