Ensure all actions and decisions are tracked from the disciplinary committee meeting and reported to management Contracting Prepare employment contract (Myanmar labor contract) for all local employees and store it in personal file as per the employment checklist. Maintain Employment Tracker for both Head Office employees and Site personnel in accurate and timely manner Reporting Inform Compensation & Benefits team for staffing report in accurate and timely manner.
