Job Overview Responsible to the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning and mechanical ventilation (ACMV) systems to ensure efficient and reliable operation. This includes preventive and corrective maintenance for chillers, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust and fresh air systems, and other related mechanical equipment. Responsibilities & Authorities Perform regular preventive maintenance and servicing of ACMV systems (chillers, AHUs, FCUs, split units, exhaust/fresh air fans, etc.). Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults in ACMV systems. Repair or replace defective parts such as motors, compressors, filters, belts, and sensors. Monitor system performance and record temperature, pressure, and airflow readings. Ensure all maintenance and repair work complies with safety standards and company procedures. Support installation and commissioning of new HVAC/ACMV equipment. Maintain accurate service and maintenance records. Respond promptly to breakdown calls and minimize equipment downtime. Coordinate with supervisors, vendors, and other technicians for maintenance planning. Submit regular reports on building ACMV system performance, issues, and improvements to M&E Operation Supervisor.
