Job Overview Regional Security Manager is responsible for delivering the services as per SOP for the assigned sites. Responsibilities and Authorities Mobilization Suggest good internal candidates for new projects Request and make sure equipment is delivered on time and as per mobilization plan Review Site-Specific security SOPs and train the team prior to mobilization Introduce the team to Client Points of Contact (POC) Service Execution Perform regular inspections as indicated in the RSM KPIs and take corrective actions as needed Conduct activities at site including refresher training, drills and toolbox-talks in line with the RSM KPIs Investigate incidents and complaints, take corrective actions as needed Implement strong disciplinary measures at site following the Discipline Policy Prepare schedules and replacements according to the needs of the site Prepare and update attendance sheets Implement quality management and adherence to SOPs Ensure equipment is in good condition and replace when necessary attend meetings with clients regularly in coordination with Account Management to review performance and make suggestions to clients regarding site security improvements. Supporting Due Diligence and KYC Specialist in timely completion of due diligence on business partners (clients, suppliers, landlords, third-party consultants) and due diligence investigations for EXERA’s clients. Assist Due Diligence and KYC Specialist with the following: • Review data about the organisation or individuals via publicly available and internal sources • Identify potential red flags, including US, UK and EU sanction lists, (OFAC, UNIIFFMM), boycott campaigns and country-specific risks • Update KYC Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) • Update internal reporting format • Create and maintain KYC database • Identify relevant sources of information online to support collection of information • Due diligence and individual background research for EXERA clients
The main responsibility of a Cartographer is to design maps, graphics and other artwork to support R&A reporting.
