Coordinate with designers, photographers, videographers, and external agencies. 4. Team Leadership & Coordination Lead, mentor, and supervise the marketing team. The Academic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and professional conduct of Lead Teachers. The primary goal is to maintain high educational standards, ensure the effective implementation of school policies, and resolve complex issues that exceed the authority of a Lead Teacher. Key Responsibilities A. Quality Assurance & Monitoring Classroom Observations: Conduct regular, unannounced classroom visits to ensure Class Teachers are maintaining the standards taught in the training. Curriculum Oversight: Review teaching diary and ensure the curriculum is delivered accurately and on schedule. Reporting: Analyse student progress reports and incident reports submitted by Lead Teachers to identify patterns or recurring issues. B. Leadership & Mentorship Lead Teacher Support: Act as the first point of contact for Lead Teachers facing difficult classroom management or parental issues. Continuous Training: Conduct monthly follow-up workshops or "Check-in" sessions to reinforce the training concepts. Performance Appraisal: Evaluate Lead Teachers termly based on student outcomes, parent satisfaction, and professional conduct. C. Advanced Parent Relations Escalation Point: Step in as the mediator when a conflict between a parent and a Lead Teacher cannot be resolved at the classroom level. Parent Meetings: Lead parent-teacher meeting for sensitive school-wide issues. D. Crisis & Ethics Management Incident Investigation: Oversee the investigation of any serious incidents (e.g., bullying, physical accidents) and ensure documentation is legally sound. Ethics Enforcement: Ensure all staff members adhere to the school’s code of conduct and professional boundaries.
