Answer, screen and forward incoming calls. Maintain a tidy and organized reception area. Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to guests and employees. Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing and correspondence. Ensure office security by monitoring visitor access and issuing badges. Must actively participate in company events. Must be able to collaborate with all employees within the department on all matters. If assigned from time to time, you will also be required to handle office tasks such as moving items, performing maintenance, and shopping.

Responsibilities Conduct original research on various topics related to our products, services, and industry trends and write engaging content based on the findings Create maximum 42 pieces of content and 1 article every week for different social media platforms and ensure they are relevant, informative and appealing Work closely with the marketing team, designers and developers to coordinate content creation and ensure consistency with the brand voice, style and tone Review and edit content for accuracy, grammar and readability before publishing Manage and update the content calendar and ensure deadlines are met Monitor and analyze content performance and metrics and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement
