Proven experience in administrative roles Advise management team on organizational development and planning by providing information on strengths and improvement Preparing and coordinate administrative SOP, FPD, Procedure and System Managing and preparing administrative affair, DICA, License and YCDC process Coordinates with executive management and other managers to ensure alignment with the company’s mission, vision, core values, and objectives. To support HR strategy in implementing various HR Initiatives and keeping all stakeholders informed. To support and establish the whole HR team to standardize processes . To support in implementation of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for employees. Undertake meetings with Department Heads, managers, Block supervisors and arrange for developmental interventions to help build capabilities. To support and advise the supervisors and assistant on dealing with all Employee Relations matters. Ensure that all positions within the Region have a well-defined Job Descriptions and is relevant.

Assist in preparation of all staff payroll and timely disbursement of salaries or other employee benefits according by ensuring leave and time tracking for updating any payroll changes accurately and timely. Manage and handle the recruitment and selection process . Assist income tax payment for all staff and update . Assist the process of monthly SSB contribution. Under the direction of the HR Managers and Supervisors, to be responsible for the compilation and submission of related matters. Maintain absolute discretion and maturity in handling sensitive/confidential data. Maintaining personnel files and standard HR letters and correspondence. Prepare contract for new employees and responsible to provide respective person on timely manner. Prepare Contract Extension for existing employees and responsible to provide respective person on timely manner. Conduct appropriate induction procedure for newly hired employee. Keep all employees personal files systematically and update information as necessary. Administers benefits programs such as medical/insurance reimbursement program, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance. Check probation and send probation assessment form to relevant department head. Prepare Daily, Weekly, monthly report and submit to HR Manager. Other Ad-Hoc HR Tasks.
