Key Responsibilities - Drive sales growth and achieve assigned sales targets. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners. - Develop effective sales strategies and identify new business opportunities. - Promote products, negotiate with clients, and expand market reach. - Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites. - Conduct regular site safety inspections and identify potential hazards. - Ensure all employees and subcontractors comply with HSE regulations and PPE requirements. - Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and prepare detailed reports with corrective actions. - Conduct HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and safety training for employees.
Lead and manage the overall Civil Engineering Department and operations . Oversee and coordinate Site Engineering, QS, Drafting and Project Coordination teams. Plan, monitor and control multiple civil construction projects from planning to completion. Provide technical guidance and effective problem-solving for site and engineering issues. Monitor project progress, quality, cost, manpower and timelines . Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Review project plans, BOQs, drawings, specifications and technical documents. Develop and implement engineering procedures, standards and best practices. Lead, coach and develop engineering team members to achieve departmental and project objectives. Prepare regular project and departmental reports for Management / BODs . Ensure compliance with safety, quality and company requirements.
