Job Purpose To provide high-level executive, administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director in overseeing multi-sector business operations. The role ensures efficient communication, timely execution of decisions and seamless coordination across business units and support functions. Key Responsibilities 1. Executive Scheduling and Calendar Management Manage and maintain the Executive Director’s calendar, appointments and meeting schedules. Prioritize engagements based on business urgency and importance. Arrange and coordinate meetings, including venue, agenda, presentations, necessary materials and documents. Record and distribute meeting minutes in a timely manner. Track action items and follow up with responsible parties to ensure completion. 2. Cross-Business Unit Coordination Act as a central coordination point between the Executive Director and business units, departments and functions. Monitor the progress of key initiatives and projects across sectors. Ensure alignment of departmental activities with executive directives by coordinate with internal departments. Track documents and approvals requiring the Executive Director’s review and signature. Facilitate effective communication between departments to ensure operational continuity. 3. Executive Communication Management Draft, review and manage correspondence, emails, reports and presentations on behalf of the Executive Director. Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders when required. Maintain strict confidentiality of all sensitive information. Compile and consolidate weekly, monthly and ad-hoc reports across business units. Maintain proper filing systems for both digital and physical documents. Prepare summary dashboards and executive reports for management review. 4. Travel and Event Coordination Arrange domestic and international travel, accommodation and logistics for the Executive Director and related parties. Prepare travel itineraries and meeting schedules. Support coordination of executive meetings and stakeholder engagements. 5. Confidential and Sensitive Matters Assist in handling confidential matters including personnel issues, strategic projects and corporate communications. Ensure all sensitive documents and information are handled securely and professionally. Assist in additional tasks as required or as directed.
Commercial Strategy & Business Development Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve company sales and profitability targets. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and expansion areas within livestock and pet care markets. Lead business development initiatives to strengthen market presence and increase revenue growth. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and pricing evaluations to support strategic decision-making. Sales & Marketing Management Lead and manage sales and marketing teams to ensure achievement of KPIs and business objectives. Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary. Develop and execute sales plans, promotional activities, and customer engagement strategies. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, dealers, and veterinary channels. Dealer & Key Account Management Manage dealer/shop networks and ensure effective distribution coverage. Oversee key account management activities to strengthen long-term customer partnerships. Ensure excellent customer service and effective handling of customer concerns and market feedback. Commercial Operations Oversee commercial operations including importation, trading, distribution, inventory coordination, and sales reporting. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient supply chain and operational processes. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and commercial standards. Leadership & Team Management Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for commercial teams. Foster a high-performance and collaborative working environment. Support employee development and succession planning within the department.
Monitor network systems 24x7 and respond to alarms, faults, and performance issues Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior NOC engineers Coordinate with vendors, field teams, and other technical teams for issue resolution Support network changes, upgrades, and maintenance activities Ensure SLA and KPI compliance and propose network performance improvements Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports Must have familiarity with common network monitoring tools and servers. Handling monitoring Servers and network Management system ( Huawei NMS and ZTE NMS) for all NOC process. Good understanding of technologies ,operating systems,networking ,remote supporting Diagnose issues with routers,switches,and wireless up-links; doucments and ticketing system Good troubleshooting skills about local network and strong knowledge in gaming Understand FTTH customer service and complaints handling about ISP Good written and verbal communication skills.

Inventory & Warehouse Control Oversee inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock records Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods Conduct regular stock checks and reconciliation 3. Transportation & Distribution Plan and optimize delivery routes Ensure proper vehicle utilization and cost efficiency Monitor fuel usage and transportation costs 4. Documentation & Compliance Ensure all logistics documentation (delivery notes, invoices, permits) is accurate Maintain compliance with company policies and local regulations 5. Team Support & Supervision Supervise logistics staff and provide guidance Assist in training and performance monitoring of team members 6. Reporting & Analysis Prepare logistics reports (delivery performance, costs, inventory status) Identify areas for process improvement and cost reduction
🔹 Key Requirements: Diploma in Supply Chain Management (or related field) or strong understanding of supply chain processes and workflow. Minimum (2.5) years of experience in manufacturing, trading, or distribution environment (preferred). Familiar with SAP system. Strong communication and coordination skills. Good problem-solving ability. Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Team player with positive attitude.
