Join Fortune Elevator and be part of a team delivering innovative vertical transportation solutions across Myanmar. - Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and sales targets. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in commercial, residential, industrial, and infrastructure projects. - Manage the full project sales cycle, from lead generation, tender participation, quotation, negotiation, and contract closing. - Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, architects, and project owners. - Prepare and submit tender documents while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely and competitive proposals. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and upcoming projects to maximize business opportunities. - Collaborate with technical and operations teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for 800+ employees. Maintain and update payroll records, employee compensation data, and HRIS information. Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, leave, and final settlements. Ensure payroll compliance with Myanmar Labour Law, company policies, and statutory requirements. Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related data. Coordinate with Finance for payroll payments and statutory contributions. Handle employee inquiries related to payroll, compensation, benefits, and attendance. Administer employee benefits and support compensation-related activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee payroll and personal information. Assist in payroll audits and prepare required documentation. Support HR projects and perform other HR duties assigned by management.
