Job Purpose: To support daily logistics, warehouse, and cargo handling operations by safely and efficiently handling, moving, organizing, receiving, and dispatching cargo and shipments while maintaining workplace safety and operational standards. Load and unload cargo, packages, and shipments safely and efficiently. Receive, check, sort, move, and arrange cargo in designated warehouse or storage areas. Assist with the receiving and dispatching of inbound and outbound shipments. Handle cargo carefully to prevent damage, loss, or misplacement during loading, unloading, and transportation. Support daily warehouse, cargo handling, and freight forwarding operations. Assist with cargo counting, labeling, packing, sorting, and basic shipment preparation. Check cargo condition and report any damaged, missing, or irregular shipments to the supervisor. Keep cargo, equipment, and work areas clean, organized, and safe. Follow instructions from supervisors, warehouse staff, and operations personnel. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and workplace regulations at all times. Assist with basic documentation or cargo records when required. Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and timely cargo handling operations. Perform other duties and responsibilities related to logistics and warehouse operations as assigned by management.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Age must not exceed 30 years. Intermediate level of English proficiency is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, E-mail, and Myanmar Font. Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team. Responsible, organized, and able to work under pressure.
