We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to join our sticker printing team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong creative ability and extensive technical knowledge of label printing and production. You will be required to work closely with the Sales and Production teams to maintain high quality standards and create accurate print-ready artworks within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Design and prepare high-quality artworks for the following:Labels and stickers Marketing materials Social media and promotional graphics Prepare accurate print-ready files for Flexographic and Digital printing. Manage the following Prepress workflows:Color correction Trapping and Bleed/Safety setup Step and repeat (Layout) Output checking and Proofing (Sample checking) Thoroughly inspect artworks before printing to ensure they meet technical and production requirements. Collaborate with production and sales teams to reduce printing costs, minimize errors, and maintain quality consistency. Handle Special finishing requirements:Die cutting (Shape cutting) Spot UV / Varnish Foil stamping (Gold/Silver foil) Lamination White ink and special colors Review files received from customers and provide technical advice when necessary.
The Senior Accountant is responsible for managing factory accounting operations, costing, inventory control, financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with company policies and accounting standards. The role supports management with accurate financial information and analysis for operational decision-making. Key Responsibilities Maintain and oversee daily accounting operations for the factory. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports. Monitor production costing, inventory valuation, and stock reconciliation. Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Review and verify invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents. Coordinate with production, warehouse, procurement, and other departments regarding financial matters. Monitor budget utilization and control operational expenses. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, company policies, and accounting procedures. Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes. Prepare management reports and financial analysis as required.
The primary responsibility is to oversee and manage factory-wide human resources, disciplinary matters, payroll and benefits, and ensuring strict compliance with labor laws. Key Responsibilities Recruitment: Searching for, interviewing, and appointing both skilled factory workers and office staff based on departmental requirements. Payroll & Benefits: Ensuring the accurate and systematic calculation and management of employee salaries, overtime (OT), and Social Security Board (SSB) contributions. Disciplinary Management: Supervising employee adherence to factory rules and regulations, and taking necessary disciplinary actions (such as issuing warning letters) when required. Labor Law Compliance: Executing Employment Contracts (EC) in accordance with labor laws and acting as the primary liaison with the Labor Office and Social Security Office. Training: Conducting orientations for new hires and providing Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) awareness training. Workplace Relations: Mediating and resolving disputes between employer and employees, while managing overall staff welfare and well-being. Location: East Dagon Industrial Zone
