Ensure efficient planning for Logistics process of Application for permit of Import & Export, Cargo Clearance without delay, checking shipping documents and delivery times. Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics, such as delivery times, order accuracy, and transportation costs, and take corrective action as necessary. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and ensure that all logistics operations are conducted safely and efficiently. Oversee the maintenance and repair of logistics equipment, such as trucks and forklifts, and ensure that they are properly maintained and serviced. Estimating the Duty & Taxes for upcoming shipment or other plan/issues. Ensure HSE policy and procedure is in place to ensure compliance with regulations. Prepare and present logistics reports to senior management.
