Plan and document network expansion and upgrade projects in coordination with central engineering. Supervise regional teams and contractors during installation and maintenance activities. This role is critical in driving seamless recruitment, onboarding, and retention of functional teams. You’ll be the key HR partner for the operational team, ensuring new hires are equipped, engaged, and aligned from Day 1. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments. Screen CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews with the respective Operations Lead. Ensure onboarding readiness, including uniforms, equipment, and attendance login setup prior to Day 1. Conduct orientation sessions covering tools, safety protocols, reporting lines, and role expectations. Track and verify daily attendance and login status from the first day of joining. Perform structured check-ins on Day 3, Day 6, and Day 21 to ensure engagement and resolve early challenges. Proactively identify and intervene with high-risk staff (e.g., absenteeism, no-shows, behavioral issues). Maintain and update a weekly recruitment vs. retention dashboard for the assigned departments. Coordinate with the Admin team to arrange for SIM cards, ferry transport, and tool kits for all new joiners. Escalate persistent or systemic issues to the Department Head or HR Director as needed.
