Recruitment Account Manager 📍 Location: Yangon 🕒 Employment Type: Full-time About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Account Manager (RAM) to support our Functional Department. This role is critical in driving seamless recruitment, onboarding, and retention of functional teams. You’ll be the key HR partner for the operational team, ensuring new hires are equipped, engaged, and aligned from Day 1. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for assigned departments. Screen CVs, shortlist suitable candidates, and schedule interviews with the respective Operations Lead. Ensure onboarding readiness, including uniforms, equipment, and attendance login setup prior to Day 1.
