• Supervise and manage day-to-day telecom civil site activities including tower foundation, shelter construction, fencing, and site preparation. • Ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project timelines. • Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution. • Monitor site progress and report daily/weekly updates to the project team. • Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards at site. • Conduct site surveys, setting out, and verification of measurements. • Check and verify materials delivered to site and ensure proper usage. • Assist in BOQ verification and support project cost control. • Identify and resolve site issues, delays, or technical challenges. • Maintain proper documentation including site reports, work progress, and handover documents. • Coordinate with internal teams (Project, QA/QC, and Engineering) for timely project delivery.
Lead and coordinate end-to-end RAN installation, integration, swapping, and network deployment activities. Plan daily site activities and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion. Coordinate with Project Manager, Customer, NOC, Field Engineers, and Subcontractors throughout project execution. Supervise site teams to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with customer requirements. Monitor installation quality, site readiness, materials, and resource allocation. Support troubleshooting, commissioning, integration, and site acceptance activities. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly project reports with accurate progress updates. Ensure proper documentation, issue tracking, and timely closure of project deliverables. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers to resolve project issues. Ensure strict compliance with HSE, quality standards, and project procedures.
