Analyze staffing needs across various departments and business units Draft and publish job announcements on multiple platforms including Facebook, LinkedIn, Viber, Telegram, and JobNet Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for interviews Coordinate interviews and conduct reference checks Collaborate with recruitment agencies when necessary for specialized roles Build and maintain an internal CV database Support workforce expansion and replacement planning Ensure compliance with internal HR policies and recruitment SOPs Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and source effectiveness Work closely with the HR Manager to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies
Assist the Production Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising daily production activities. Ensure production processes run smoothly and efficiently according to the production schedule. Supervise production staff and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety regulations. Monitor product quality and ensure adherence to food safety and hygiene standards (GMP, HACCP). Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments to ensure smooth production operations. Monitor raw material usage, production output, and minimize production waste. Identify production issues and report them to the Production Manager with recommendations for improvement. Maintain accurate production records and prepare daily production reports. Ensure proper use and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency. Reports directly to the Production Manager & Factory Manager.
