Troubleshoot electrical & control systems of Mixing, Blending, Dryer, Cooker, Cutter, Packaging, and Labelling Machines • Diagnose and resolve electrical issues in Conveyor systems, Weighing scale systems (Load Cell), and Metal Detectors • Inspect and replace temperature controllers, sensors, thermocouples, RTDs, motors, and solenoid valves • Perform sensor calibration, emergency stop, and safety relay system checks • Diagnose HMI errors, adjust inverter frequency, and troubleshoot auto/manual mode controls • Ensure proper grounding & bonding systems in food-grade machines • Monitor Boiler Controls, Air Compressors, Steam Lines, and Control Panels • Maintain Boiler Water Systems & Water Treatment Electrical Panels • Verify compliance with GMP, HACCP, and ISO22000 standards for electrical safety • Ensure hygienic design of electrical wiring, panels, and equipment Monitor temperature-sensitive food processes (heat processing, cooling chain) and backup systems • Develop and implement Preventive Maintenance (PM) Plans (Daily/Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly) and lead the maintenance team • Conduct breakdown analysis and implement continuous improvements • Prepare and submit daily electrical maintenance reports
