Manage and update company social media platforms (Facebook, TikTok, etc.). Create and post engaging digital content, including images, videos, and captions. Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and responsible QC Supervisor to oversee quality control operations in our vermicelli production facility. The role includes lab testing, in-process quality monitoring, and ensuring compliance with SOPs across both day and night shifts. Key Responsibilities Supervise and conduct laboratory testing of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods Oversee production to maintain compliance with quality and operational procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of inspections, test results, and corrective actions Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues in real-time Analyze trends in quality data and recommend process improvements Train and guide QC staff on SOPs, hygiene standards, and inspection protocols Ensure smooth handover between day and night shifts with proper reporting Report any non-conformities and initiate corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) Coaching and knowledge sharing to QC staffs to skill improvement for QC check point Evaluate problems and make initial recommendations for possible corrective actions to supervise. Check cleaning for the machines , materials and operation area and incoming & outgoing processs.
စက်ရုံ၏ နေ့စဉ်လုပ်ငန်းဆောင်ရွက်မှုများကို အလုံးစုံစီမံခန့်ခွဲ၍ Production Target, Quality Standards, Delivery Schedule နှင့် Cost Objectives များ ပြည့်မီစေရန် ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း။ - HACCP, ISO 22000, GMP, GHP နှင့် Food Safety Management System (FSMS) များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်၊ ထိန်းသိမ်းနှင့် Continuous Improvement ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း။ - Food Safety Team ကို ဦးဆောင်၍ Hazard Analysis, CCP Monitoring, Verification Activities နှင့် Corrective Actions များကို စနစ်တကျ ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Internal Audit, External Audit နှင့် Regulatory Inspection များအတွက် ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ပြီး Non-conformities များကို ထိရောက်စွာ ဖြေရှင်းခြင်း။ - Production Process Optimization နှင့် Continuous Improvement Programs များကို အကောင်အထည်ဖော်၍ Productivity နှင့် Efficiency တိုးတက်စေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ - Engineering နှင့် Maintenance Team များကို ကြီးကြပ်၍ Preventive Maintenance, Breakdown Maintenance နှင့် Machine Efficiency များကို ထိန်းသိမ်းစီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။ - Production Line အသစ်များ တပ်ဆင်ခြင်း၊ Equipment Upgrade ပြုလုပ်ခြင်း၊ Process Improvement နှင့် Automation Projects များတွင် ပါဝင်ဦးဆောင်ခြင်း။ Raw Materials, Packaging Materials နှင့် Finished Goods များ၏ Quality Control ကို ကြီးကြပ်၍ Customer Requirements နှင့် Regulatory Requirements များကို ပြည့်မီစေရန် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ - Production, QA/QC, Engineering, Maintenance, Warehouse နှင့် Administration Team များကို ဦးဆောင်စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။ - Production Cost, Material Loss, Waste Reduction နှင့် Labor Productivity များကို ထိရောက်စွာ စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။ - Workplace Safety, Hygiene, Environmental Requirements နှင့် Occupational Health & Safety Standards များကို လိုက်နာစေရန် ကြီးကြပ်ခြင်း။ KPI Report, Production Report, Quality Report နှင့် Improvement Plans များကို Senior Management သို့ ပုံမှန်တင်ပြခြင်း။ - ဝန်ထမ်းများအတွက် Food Safety, GMP/GHP, HACCP နှင့် Workplace Safety Training များကို စီစဉ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
- Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and electrical systems. - Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Breakdown Maintenance to ensure smooth production operations. - Troubleshoot and maintain PLC, VFD, HMI, Sensors, and Electrical Control Systems. - Monitor and maintain Transformers, Generators, MDB, MCC, UPS, and Utility Systems. - Inspect, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Boiler Control Systems to ensure safe and reliable operation. - Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and participate in continuous improvement activities to minimize production downtime. - Ensure all electrical equipment and systems are operated and maintained in accordance with Electrical Safety, GMP, and Food Safety Standards. - Maintain proper records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, and preventive maintenance schedules.
