Good Creative Thinking and Social Media Design; Seasonal Decoration Design, Printing design, Must be able to design packaging designs. Taking product photos; Must be able to create motion videos. Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports. Identify and manage risks to ensure financial sustainability. Ensure that the company’s financial practices are in line with statutory regulations and legislation. Lead the budgeting process across all departments. Provide long-term financial forecasts and identify potential financial risks and opportunities. Oversee day-to-day accounting processes, ensuring accurate ledger entries. Foster a collaborative environment within the finance team. Ensure compliance with local and international tax regulations. Liaise with auditors and manage the preparation of tax returns. Ensure proper filing of tax reports and other regulatory documents. Communicate financial performance to senior management and stakeholders. Provide recommendations for improving financial processes and procedures.
Responsible for recruitment, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of employees. Conducting orientation programs for new employees. Calculate and manage employee attendance, overtime, leave and other entitlements. Implementation of Staff Welfare Programs. Evaluate employee behavior, discipline, and overall job performance. Handling employee relations and resolving HR-related issues such as conflicts and grievances. Develop and implement employment agreements, policies, and internal rules & regulations. Liaise with relevant government offices (e.g., SSB, Tax Office, Labor Department) for required reporting and related administrative matters. Prepare and submit HR-related reports to higher management.
