Monitor Office Supplies, and Stationary inventory ensuring timely and effective cost purchasing. Manage Vehicle Management and assist office car maintaining and monitoring and repairing. Coordinate with Ventors and technicians for the maintenance of the Office equipment. (printers, AC units and etc.) Manage Travel arrangements for managements and staffs including flight booking. Arrangements for car Requesting, Coordinating, Vehicles and Drivers to ensure safe timely and efficient. Document and record, maintain filling systems, prepare report, drafting documents and all data access. Handling corresponding includes Phone Calls, Answering, Greeting visitors,……) Checking for general supporting staffs (Cleaner, Gardener) as Check lists of Office and environmental Cleaning. Perform other Administrative-related duties as assigned by Management.
