The Assistant Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, increase market share, and strengthen customer relationships. The role involves managing sales activities, supporting marketing initiatives, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring effective promotion of medical products and services to hospitals, clinics, laboratories, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders. Assist in developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets. Support and supervise daily sales operations, customer visits, and marketing activities. Promote medical products and services to Government and Private Hospitals, Clinics, General Practitioners (GPs), laboratories, and healthcare professionals. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and business partners. Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business expansion. Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, exhibitions, seminars, and product launches. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Conduct field visits to monitor sales activities and provide guidance to the sales team. Ensure effective handling of customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to maintain customer satisfaction. Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing agreements, and business partnerships. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical business practices. Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute ideas for business development and market growth. Maintain accurate customer databases, sales records, and documentation. Travel domestically and internationally as required for business activities and customer engagement.
Job Overview: The Purchaser is responsible for sourcing, purchasing, and ensuring the timely supply of products, materials, equipment, and services required for company operations. The role involves negotiating with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, comparing prices and quality, and maintaining effective relationships with vendors to achieve cost efficiency and operational effectiveness Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business needs and objectives. Conduct market analysis and research to identify new suppliers and sourcing opportunities. Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable suppliers of raw materials, components, and services. Negotiate favorable contracts, pricing, and terms for goods and services. Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, ordering, and inventory control. Ensure materials and components are delivered on time to avoid production delays Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., Production, Logistics, Finance) to synchronize procurement and manufacturing needs. Collaborate with the production team to forecast material requirements based on production schedules.
