Good Brothers’ Co., Ltd. was founded in 1991 by five brothers from Mandalay, partnering to incorporate what had previously been an informal family business of agriculture machinery.

Five Brothers from grassroots origin in Shan State began through “horseback trading” to establish the corporation what has now came to be known as GBS Group.

Warehouse Dept; Managing the reception, issuance, maintenance of swords, and speeding up production and preventing losses. Taking the lead in implementing the standards, responsibilities, and regulations set by Factory Manager and GM effectively so that all employees, including them, respectfully implement them. Warehouse Dept; Implementation of close management, guidance, and action to enable Job Description assigned to an employee of Production-Dryer, Production-Rice Mill, Production-Remilling. Daily reporting to Factory Manager and GM for the status of Spacing usage and layout. Reading the Daily Stock Balance, coordinating the pre-transportation process at the cemetery to prevent product failure and production of goods. Ground residue census to prevent losses and whether the rice is actually compatible with the SQL Software list Visit the inspection in accordance with the guidelines of Factory Manager and GM and submit it to the relevant officials and the Factory Manager and GM. Connecting to Planning Department and Factory Manager to speed up the purchase of related materials needed to speed up the repair of Damage. Experience in handling container and bulk vessel loading. Familiar with all the export process and documentation requirement. Ensure operators are compliance to health and safety standard.
Must have experience in connecting with Transportation Car Gates, Trains and Barges for timely transportation of goods. Must be able to find and support a variety of trucks for the transportation of goods for ports and border warehouse on time. Must be able to continuously monitor and control the condition of trucks to ensure there are no further delays along the way of transporting goods. Must be able to take responsibility for finding new transportation gates and signing contracts in order to reduce and correct transportation costs. Must be able to coordinate and participate with relevant departments and SBUs regarding cargo transportation processes. Must be able to coordinate closely with relevant warehouse manager to ensure smooth transportation of goods from ports and border warehouses. Must be able to coordinate closely with the Inventory Control Division regarding daily car rental costs to ensure smooth payments. Must be able to list rental car usage contracts, data records, and daily vehicle usage details. Must be able to perform analysis on transportation costs per SBU and each transportation gate and submit monthly. In order to save and correct transportation costs, transportation gates, third party logistics companies and freight forwarding companies must be searched and evaluated once every 6 months and presented to the manager.
