About the Role The Brand Manager (AirCon RAC) will drive both sales performance and product management for the Residential Air Conditioner portfolio. This role shapes product strategy, manages the full product lifecycle, leads channel and dealer engagement, partners closely with principal teams, and supports annual sales planning. The ideal candidate brings strong commercial mindset, technical understanding of RAC category, and the ability to influence both internal stakeholders and external partners. Key Responsibilities Product Management & Strategy Lead the full product lifecycle for AirCon RAC, including planning, forecasting, pricing, and product positioning.
