Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential customers, conducting market research. Ensure the people management in the department. Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of the company’s relationship with them. Determine the company’s gross-profit and annual unit plans by analyzing trends and results and implementing marketing strategies. Develop field sales action plans to facilitate the implementation of the regional sales programs. Plan for the achievement of individual and divisional targets in alignment with the strategies and policies of the company. Establish sales objectives by projecting expected sales volume and forecasting and developing sales quotas for territories and the region. Keep current with economic indicators,changing trends, supply and demand and competitors to maintain sales volume and product mix. Positively contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results. Provide the necessary support to sales associates to enable them to generate market leads and close new deals. Develop and implement new programs, sales initiatives and strategies to capture key demographics. Uplift the regional sales volume to its possible best. Develop and review long- and short-term sales strategies. Develop and maintain channels between Area Distributor and Sub Distributor.
Purchase office supplies and stationery. Support arranging the ferry way and car rental process smoothly. Prepare and control file required administrative documents. Accelerate the repair & maintenance of office furniture & IT equipment. Assist in payment process of phone bill, electricity bill and internet bill. Support in the coordination of company events and prepare tickets for travelling. Liaise with government office for company affairs. Perform other related duties as required.
Manage the operation and maintenance of the organization's motor vehicles. Monitor the fleet maintenance and fuel consumption for each vehicle and keep records. Ensure all cars are in good conditions. Make sure all the drivers follow the rules carefully in accordance with the national traffic rules. Check and keep record on all the car documents (insurance, log sheets, driver regulation, agreement, wheel tax, fuel book, etc.) Report any accidents immediately to the admin manager. Manage and coordinate vehicles rental Monitor the fuel consumption closely and keep accurate records of fuel supplied to each vehicle. Manage an overall fleet of different vehicles. Manage and follow-up with vehicles rental companies and owner for invoices, payments and etc. Assist to admin manager if necessary.
Analyze market trend to be aware of competitors. Analyze and prepare the budgets and organize the expenditures and make sure that their sales teams meet their goals. Maintain strong relationship with clients. Stay updated with latest marketing trends and competitor activities. Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements. Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market. Assist in designing and developing marketing collaterals and promotional materials. Reviewing sales reports to identify trends and make adjustments to improve performance. Coordinating with production staff to ensure that products are delivered on time and meet quality standards.
Responsible to perform the whole cycle of compensation and benefits process and Daily HR operation (Attendance. Leave Record and Overtime). Responsible for incoming/outgoing letters of HR Department. Communicating and liaising with government offices (SSB, Income Tax and EC Contract). Assist in preparing Employee cards. Responsible for maintaining all employees’ personal data ,filing control. Employee Relations for new Policy announcement. Arranging monthly birthday celebrations for employee. Any other duties assigned by HR Manager.
Job Responsibilities: Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments. Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary. Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms. Arranging detailed travel plans including local and overseas trips. Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports and checked them after. Develop and maintain a filing system. Liaising with internal and external departments. Undertake any additional duties entrusted by the Managing Director or the Executive Committee as needed.
Supervise and carry out car maintenance and vehicle license renewal. Manage stationery and office supplies necessary for each department. Must calculate the kilo of related ways. Planning and managing process of car rental, contracts, ferry routes deliberately. Prepare monthly reports related to transportation activities, rental usage, driving incentive and any other administrative tasks. Handle all payment process for petty-cash, electricity bill, phone bill , internet bill and other related office payment. Purchase the office furniture and engage with IT Technician choosing and purchasing IT equipment. Prepare and keep required administrative documents. Must handle the fixed assets and uniform process.
