Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to align application functionality with business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements within IT and business operations, implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage application-related projects. Develop project plans, timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop and maintain documentation for new and existing processes. Oversee the day-to-day operations of software applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding application use and issues, ensure that IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance users’ proficiency in using applications. Create and maintain documentation for applications and support procedures Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual requirements and business expectations. Coordinate with vendors for application support and maintenance, evaluate vendor performance. Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques Excellent technical documentation skills including generation of process documentation and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT processes and systems.
