Execute, manage and drive the revenue growth strategies/initiatives assigned by the Organization Lead and direct the sales team to delivering excellent service to corporate clients in respect of the Life Insurance business Achieve both top and bottom line targets generated from the corporate clients Identify and solicit potential client portfolio Establish and maintain close relationship with clients and insurers Oversee the operations and ensure the service standard of the Company Provide appropriate training to team members Follow the Sales Process Achieve the Business Target. Job Summary Learning and Development Supervisor at GRAND GUARDIAN NIPPON LIFE INSURANCE in Kamaryut, Yangon, will support a high-performing workforce by planning and delivering effective training programs, improving employee capability, and strengthening talent development across the organization.
