Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business goals and objectives. Collaborate with executive leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and performance. Talent Acquisition and Management: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the timely acquisition of skilled professionals. Develop and implement employee retention strategies. Conduct workforce planning and talent reviews to identify and address skill gaps. Employee Relations: Handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures. Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture that aligns with the company's values. Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and implementation of competitive compensation and benefits programs. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients. ( GGI Nippon Lifeအသက်အာမခံ အမျိုးအစားများနှင့် ဝန်ဆောင်မှုများကို အလားအလာ ရှိသော Customerများအား မိတ်ဆက်ပေး၍ ရောင်းချပေးရမည်။) Highly motivated and passionate in sales (သွက်လက်တက်ကြွပြီး အရောင်းပိုင်းစိတ်ဝင်စားသူဖြစ်ရမည်။) Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule (အရောင်းTargetများအား သတ်မှတ်ထားသောအချိန်အတွင်း ပြည့်မီအောင် ရောင်းချနိုင်ရမည်။) Execute monthly sales plan and carry out on time according to the plan (လစဉ်Sales Planချမှတ်ပြီး အစီအစဉ်အတိုင်းအချိန်မီဆောင်ရွက်ရမည်။) Provide Daily report related to sales activity to Sales Manager.
