Manage the agency sales managers and implement all the marketing, sales and customer care related activities for the Assigned Area. Job Description Oversee and manage all Products / License Training programs. Joint Field Work Assess training needs by developing schedules. Conduct employee surveys and interviews to gather insights. Collaborate with other trainers and HOD Collect and track data from various stakeholders. Utilize data and research to conceptualize training materials. Communicate training requirements to content developers and contribute to development efforts. TRAINER – Duties & responsibilities Manage Induction/License Training Develop schedule to assess training needs. Conduct employee surveys and interviews. Consult with other trainers, general managers. Track and compile collected data from various stakeholders Conceptualize training materials based on data and research. Deliver training to participants. Communicate training needs to the content developer and assist in developing. Create training strategies, initiatives, and delivery plans. Prepare the bank documents for fund management and go to bank Collect documents and update passbooks at the bank regarding the Current, Savings A/C, Call Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Foreign Currency Account and Wallet of the company. Perform daily bank reconciliation Calculate and record monthly bank interest (Savings, Call Deposit) Prepare debit and credit vouchers for daily bank transactions (Fixed Deposit, Internal Fund Transfer, Bank charges, etc.) Submit fund transfer approvals to Finance & Accounts Division Head Assist in day-to-day accounting operations Handle cash in hand, including daily receipts & payments Prepare and reconcile Cash book and General Ledger
