1. Talent Acquisition (TA) Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies. Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and interviews. Maintain a strong talent pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience. Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, offer acceptance rate) for continuous improvement. 2. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Administer monthly payroll in collaboration with the Finance team. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to compensation and benefits. Review and update the company’s salary structure and benefits programs regularly. Conduct market benchmarking and salary surveys to maintain competitiveness. Handle employee benefits administration, including leave, insurance, and allowances. 3. Learning & Development (L&D) Identify training and development needs through performance reviews and skill assessments. Plan, organize, and implement learning programs for employees at all levels. Evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives and track development progress. Support leadership and succession planning programs. Maintain employee training records and learning metrics. 4. General HR Support Support HR policy development and implementation. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality. Prepare HR reports and analytics for management decision-making. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and retention programs.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Oracle Database Administrator (DBA) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the performance, integrity, and security of Oracle database. This role requires a strong understanding of Oracle's core technologies, as well as hands-on experience with MySQL and scripting to support our diverse database environment. Responsibilities  Database Management: Install, configure, and maintain Oracle database instances. This includes patching, upgrading, and migrating databases.  Performance Tuning: Monitor and optimize database performance using tools like AWR and ADDM reports. Proactively identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.  Backup and Recovery: Develop, implement, and test robust backup and recovery strategies using RMAN to ensure data integrity and availability.  Security: Manage user access, roles, and privileges. Implement and maintain security policies to protect sensitive data.  High Availability: Configure and maintain high-availability solutions such as Oracle RAC and Data Guard to ensure minimal downtime.  MySQL Support: Provide support for our MySQL databases, including installation, configuration, and basic administration tasks.  Scripting: Develop and maintain shell scripts (e.g., Bash, PL/SQL, T-SQL, etc) to automate routine administrative tasks, monitoring, and reporting.  Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve database-related issues, including applicationc connectivity, data corruption, and performance problems.  Collaboration: Work closely with developers, system administrators, and other teams to support application development and deployments.
 Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.  Perform data analysis to support decision-making and track performance.  Handle incentive calculations for the sales team with accuracy.  Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data entry and updates.  Provide customer service support for client inquiries and follow-ups.  Extract and organize data for management reports and presentations.  Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth sales operations.
Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to align application functionality with business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements within IT and business operations, implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage application-related projects. Develop project plans, timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop and maintain documentation for new and existing processes. Oversee the day-to-day operations of software applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding application use and issues, ensure that IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance users’ proficiency in using applications. Create and maintain documentation for applications and support procedures Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual requirements and business expectations. Coordinate with vendors for application support and maintenance, evaluate vendor performance. Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques Excellent technical documentation skills including generation of process documentation and reports.
