Assistant Manager of Compliance should fully utilize his / her knowledge and experience to ensure that the firm is compliant with laws and government regulations, and reviews factors that could negatively affect. Driving PDCA of Risk and Compliance matter in GGINL. Developing and implementing of Compliance related policies. Reviewing and enhancing internal policies and SOPs in response to law or regulation changes. Checking and monitoring employees to obey the internal policies and laws. Reporting appropriate information to CA(CRO) and Management, and required information to regulator. Supporting other departments from legal point of view for making contract or agreement
 Prepare and consolidate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.  Perform data analysis to support decision-making and track performance.  Handle incentive calculations for the sales team with accuracy.  Maintain and ensure accuracy of CRM data entry and updates.  Provide customer service support for client inquiries and follow-ups.  Extract and organize data for management reports and presentations.  Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth sales operations.
Facilitate communication between IT and other departments to align application functionality with business requirements. Identify opportunities for process improvements within IT and business operations, implement best practices to enhance efficiency and productivity. Coordinate with project teams, stakeholders, and vendors to manage application-related projects. Develop project plans, timelines, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope. Work with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, develop and maintain documentation for new and existing processes. Oversee the day-to-day operations of software applications, ensuring they run smoothly and efficiently Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues promptly Provide technical support and guidance to end-users regarding application use and issues, ensure that IT solutions meet quality standards and business requirements. Develop and deliver training programs and materials to enhance users’ proficiency in using applications. Create and maintain documentation for applications and support procedures Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers, ensure vendor deliverables meet contractual requirements and business expectations. Coordinate with vendors for application support and maintenance, evaluate vendor performance. Knowledge of database management, SQL, and data integration techniques Excellent technical documentation skills including generation of process documentation and reports. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for all IT processes and systems.
Recruit Life Insurance Agents as tied agents Scan through various segments, known circles to get the right people for soliciting Life Insurance Business. Lead and operate recruiting events/initiatives for new agents under guidance by HoA. Supports registering new tied agents as GGINL agents Train the Agents After final selection of the agents, the Sales Manager has to give training on various key functions like sales, prospecting, product knowledge, etc. In addition, the Sales Manager also has to train the agents to help them obtain their agent license (Sales Manager will also be required to obtain the agent license). Monitoring the Activities The Sales Manager need to help the agent in creating Arrange regular training classes for his team. Track the daily new calls, follow up calls, new prospects etc. with his agent team. Introduce the Agent to the servicing department for various service and process related activities. He will train the agent on the after sales services and customer onboarding process. The Sales Manager will accompany the agent in joint field works/call to assist him in sales whenever needed. Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC) such as requirement analysis, prepare prototype, Software development, modeling, simulation, testing, and deployment. Write clean, well-designed, scalable, and testable code, develop the system with object-oriented design using .NET programming language. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system, Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to improve existing software, maintain software functionality. Test and deploy applications, evaluate users’ feedback. Revise, update, refactor and debug code. Analyzing, designing, constructing to effectively coordinate the installation of new systems or the modification of existing systems. Serve as an expert on applications and provide technical support. Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer Comply with project plans and insurance industry standards, creating innovative solutions to meet our company’s technical needs. Communicating key project data to team members and building cohesion among teams. Working closely with clients and cross-functional departments to communicate project statuses and proposals.
Job Purpose Responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. Job Description Manage and lead the accounting team and supervise all aspects of the day-to-day accounting operations Monitor & review of all payment related matters (including advance request, payment vouchers and accounting entries) Daily, weekly checking Cash book, cash balance, bank balance and report to Department Head Overview weekly, monthly bank reconciliation process and ensure no long-term pending transactions Manage banking related matters (including mobile banking transfer, cheque issue, bank transfer) Review GL transactions and solving accounting discrepancies and irregularities of accounting matters Responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, yearly Financial Reports and submitting them to Department Head & Government offices on time Well Coordination and Collaboration with related departments Liaise with third parties when necessary, such as government authorities, tax offices and auditors Mentor, coach and develop accounting staff, such as providing guidance and training if needed Continuously assess and improve accounting processes and procedures for efficiency and accuracy Any other duties as requested by the Department Head and top management
