Identify cost-saving opportunities without sacrificing quality. Manage claims, variation orders, and budget/cost control processes. Monitor and control project expenditures to minimize cost overruns. Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for project milestones and track variations. Project Management and Supervision: Manage and supervise daily site activities. Prepare construction work schedules, conduct site visits, and report daily project progress to themanagement team. Perform regular inspections to ensure work quality conforms to standards and specifications. Plan site activities to adhere to project timelines. Ensure all work complies with safety regulations.
