● Checking & review general ledger transactions of sub-business units according to company policies and International Accounting Standard (IAS) compliance. ● Review & analyze monthly financial reports of sub-business units to ensure to be correct, accurate, timely and reliable FS report. ● Supervise & review month end closing inventory valuation, all financial GL, Fixed Asset recognition. ● Prepare financial Performance Ratio Analysis & Cost Analysis. ● Conduct the Government Commercial Tax for subunit. ● Inspect business units’ actual operation and ground condition related with accounting practice. ● Responsible to complete all assigned accounting tasks within deadlines by educating and supervising team members. ● Mentor the team members by facilitating accounting activities and assist in issues solving. ● Supervise daily operations, delegate to staff and monitor the progresses on assignments. ● Able to conduct positive working relationships and co-ordinate with other Departmental Head. ● Conduct the ad-hoc assigned tasks if necessary to perform.

Report weekly and monthly report to Factory CA and Head Office. Perform inspection when export container loading process. Prepare the report for Export Container Loading detail listings. Perform Monthly Stock Taking process to be accuracy the Inventory Valuation. Ensure to complete all assigned accounting tasks within deadlines. Ad-hoc jobs assign from Supervisor and Management . Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and implement effective sales strategies for the Bakery and Dairy product lines. Analyze market trends, customer needs and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth. Build and maintain strong relationship with existing clients in the Bakery and Dairy sectors. Identify and target potential customers to expand the customer base within the specified market. Actively participate in the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring achievement of sales target. Conduct a product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefit of Bakery and Dairy Products. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and customers preferences related to Bakery and Dairy Products. Prepared regular sales report and present finding to the management team. Work closely with the sales team to coordinate efforts and share market insights. Utilizes data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of sales strategies and make recommendations for improvement.
