Design, configure, and maintain Green IT’s core and client-based network infrastructure (SD-WAN, LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, switches). Manage and support Windows and Linux-based server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. Deploy and maintain virtualization platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V. Monitor network/system performance and availability, proactively identify issues, and implement preventive measures. Implement and maintain security solutions such as firewalls, intrusion prevention, and endpoint protection. Lead infrastructure upgrade projects, migrations, and integration efforts for internal and client-facing systems. Support cloud-based deployments (Microsoft Azure, AWS) as required. Maintain proper documentation for all network, server, and system configurations and procedures. Ensure compliance with IT policies, data security, and best practices. Provide advanced technical support and serve as the escalation point for junior engineers and service desk teams. Collaborate with the Technical and Support teams to ensure seamless infrastructure support for projects and operations.
Analyze customer requirements and propose effective IT/system integration solutions. Prepare solution architectures, technical diagrams, product sizing, and BoQs for tenders and client proposals. Support pre-sales activities with presentations, demos, and technical consultations. Collaborate with vendors and internal sale teams to build competitive technical offers. Assist in government tender document preparation, compliance checks, and bid support. Coordinate with project and implementation teams to ensure solution delivery as per design. Engage all technical resources required for solution design. Involve and discuss partners’ technical seminars, online training and customer meetings. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and certifications in the infrastructure domain. Assist the BD Manager with customer presentation as appropriate

Understand customer requirements and provide tailored technology solutions with support from technical teams. Generate leads through prospecting, networking, referrals, and online platforms. Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and tender documents in coordination with the Pre-Sales Engineer. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to deal closing. Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, and Project Delivery teams to ensure client needs are met. Participate in project kick-off and client handover meetings to ensure smooth transition and delivery. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client activities in the CRM system. Provide regular sales pipeline reports and forecasts to the Sales Manager. Track and report sales performance against monthly and quarterly targets.
Install and configure ELV systems such as: CCTV and surveillance systems/ Access control and biometric systems/ Fire alarm systems/ Public address (PA) systems/ PABX etc… system. Read and interpret technical drawings and wiring diagrams. Terminate and test network and fiber optic cables. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of ELV systems. Assist in system programming and troubleshooting. Ensure all works comply with quality, safety, and industry standards. Coordinate with engineers and other technicians on project site. Prepare installation and maintenance reports.
