Gallery Sales & Customer Engagement · Provide professional consultations to walk-in clients, interior designers, architects, and contractors in the gallery. · Deliver detailed information regarding product specifications, unique features, pricing, and ongoing promotions. Gallery Display & Visual Merchandising · Support the upkeep of showroom layouts, including active displays, structural signage, product highlights, and point-of-sale (POS) materials. · Conduct thorough cross-checks of product tags, listed prices, promotion parameters, and brand alignment across the gallery floor before public release. Showroom Events & Activity Support · Assist in organizing and executing showroom-specific events, exhibitions, product launches, and targeted customer engagement activities. · Prepare setup materials, construct structural product displays, manage guest invitations, and compile performance summaries post-event. · Provide on-the-ground operational support during live gallery functions, trade exhibitions, or public relations events.
Check the item, code, shade, size and quantity of the sample ordered tiles. Stock issuing for sample order items and systematically packing of order items. Small Size Sample cutting for marketing sample. Check and put away for sample return items. Sample display installation. If required, take assignment of delivery. Check delivery way and contact to customer for delivery information. Systematic loading of the inspected order items on delivery truck to deliver. Maintain schedules and deadlines to reach the destination. Take photos of defected order items and submit to Supervisor or Manager. Responsible for other required jobs which assigned from Supervisor or Manager
