Explore sales opportunities with existing and new customers to achieve sales targets. Plan and strategize personal action plans according to the company’s budget and direction. Process sales orders, invoices, and official tax invoices accurately and on time. Prepare delivery documents (DO, waybills) and coordinate with logistics/warehouse for timely deliveries. Support the sales team with sample requests and daily stock updates. Handle customer issues related to deliveries or documentation in coordination with the Branch Manager. Maintain customer databases, sales records, and showroom sample/display registers. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Mandalay region. Manage daily opening/closing of the Mandalay Showroom and ensure displays and showroom conditions meet standards. Coordinate with cleaners/technicians for repairs and general showroom upkeep. Follow up on pending customer payments and assist with collection. Prepare daily cash/cheque collection reports and ensure timely bank deposits.
• Provide accurate verbal and written translation between Chinese and Myanmar • Assist the Sales and Marketing team in communicating with Management Team, customers, suppliers, and partners • Support customer service operations by assisting walk-in customers, answering inquiries, and resolving communication barriers • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow • Maintain confidentiality of business and customer information • Assist other responsibilities assigned by Management

Assist customers in selecting suitable tile products and solutions based on their project requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, including sample presentations, performance testing and success stories. Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and specifiers to introduce the products and solutions Liaise with Condo, Hotel engineering/ maintenance departments to provide product recommendations and technical support for refurbishments or maintenance works Work closely with developers, construction companies, and main contractors to ensure correct product selection and technical clarity during project execution Engage with government departments to support tender specifications, compliance documents, and technical submissions Understand client needs and propose suitable product solutions by meeting with project requirements and budgets Provide detailed product presentations, samples, and technical demonstrations to clients Conduct regular client visits, site visits, and handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and negotiations professionally Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to support product development and improvement.
