The Supply Chain Manager is responsible for planning, managing, and improving the end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, inventory control, warehousing, transportation, and distribution to ensure cost efficiency, product availability, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities A. Planning & Strategy Develop supply chain strategy aligned with business goals Forecast demand and plan inventory requirements Optimize supply planning to avoid overstock and stock-out Implement cost-saving initiatives and process improvements B. Procurement & Supplier Management Manage supplier sourcing, negotiation, and contracts Monitor supplier performance (price, quality, delivery) Build long-term supplier relationships Ensure ethical and compliant purchasing practices C. Inventory & Warehouse Management Control inventory levels and stock accuracy Implement FIFO/FEFO and inventory policies Monitor slow-moving and obsolete stock Supervise warehouse operations and safety compliance D. Logistics & Distribution Plan transportation routes and delivery schedules Optimize logistics cost and lead time Coordinate with sales & operations for delivery commitments Manage third-party logistics providers E. System & Reporting Maintain ERP / inventory system accuracy Analyze KPIs (stock turnover, fill rate, lead time, cost) Prepare monthly supply chain performance reports Lead digitalization and automation initiatives F. Leadership & Coordination Lead and train supply chain team members Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Production departments Handle operational issues and urgent shortages Ensure SOP implementation and compliance
★ Lead the Mandalay showroom team and ensure achievement of sales and customer service targets. ★ Manage branch operations, including sales, customer service, administration, and human resources. ★ Maintain and continuously improve showroom standards, presentation, and overall customer experience. ★ Identify local market opportunities and implement effective sales strategies and promotions. ★ Train, motivate, and evaluate team performance through established KPIs. ★ Analyze performance data and market trends to drive operational and sales improvements. ★ Prepare budgets and sales plans aligned with company objectives. ★ Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth branch operations. ★ Perform other duties as assigned by management.
