Assist customers in selecting suitable tile products and solutions based on their project requirements. Conduct product demonstrations, including sample presentations, performance testing and success stories. Develop new business opportunities and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers, consultants, and specifiers to introduce the products and solutions Liaise with Condo, Hotel engineering/ maintenance departments to provide product recommendations and technical support for refurbishments or maintenance works Work closely with developers, construction companies, and main contractors to ensure correct product selection and technical clarity during project execution Engage with government departments to support tender specifications, compliance documents, and technical submissions Understand client needs and propose suitable product solutions by meeting with project requirements and budgets Provide detailed product presentations, samples, and technical demonstrations to clients Conduct regular client visits, site visits, and handle customer enquiries, quotations, pricing discussions, and negotiations professionally Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends to support product development and improvement.
Verify item details including code, shade, size, and quantity for all sample tile orders. Issue stock for sample orders and ensure all items are packed systematically and accurately. Perform small-size tile cutting for marketing sample purposes. Install and arrange sample displays in accordance with guidelines. Inspect returned samples and properly sort and store them in designated areas.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients. Excellent about the product knowledge. Identify new customers and convert them into sales. Contact new and existing customers to discuss product requirements. Negotiate prices and terms with customers and Prepare quotation. Work to meet and exceed sales target. Answer customer questions and provide excellent customer service. Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to continue relationships Monitor competitor activities by gathering information on pricing, products, trends in the market. Prepare weekly, monthly sales and site visiting report. Received feedback and resolve customer complaints and provide solutions. Making sure the items and price tag are displayed correctly in the showroom. Keep up to date with the best practices and trends in the industry. Prepare quotation and product presentations to prospective clients. Manage month-end sales closing process. Other related duty and responsibilities as required.
Design, oversee and manage all aspects of our social media platforms and company’s website maintenance. Manage content for the company’s social media, emails and other forms of digital communication. (well understanding f-factors). Research, track and analyze consumer behaviors, trends and implement research into digital marketing campaign. Stay up to update on the latest social media trends, implement marketing plans and programs that are aligned with the company’s direction and vision. Evaluate the plans & programs regularly with measurable outcomes (ie, A promotion post & its number of showroom visitors, etc). Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Work with relevant departments and the right marketing agency to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Evaluate important metrics that improve our showroom & website traffic, service quotas and target audience. Prepare accurate reports for overall marketing performance and budget plan.
