- To lead Mandalay Showroom team and be accountable for the performance of sales and customer service in both efficiency and effectiveness. - Direct Mandalay Branch operational aspects including distribution operations, customer service, human resources, administration and sales. - Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities. - To ensure all aspects of showroom including product display, space utilization, layout, appearance, ambiance, merchandising, cleanliness, etc are day to day well maintenance and improved all the time. - To guide, train, develop, motivate and encourage team in effective sales and communication strategies as well as excellent customer service. - Conduct regular sales meeting and meet organizational goal - Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company. - To assess the individual and team performance with measurable Key Performance Indicator (KPI) so that proper guidance and direction is timely provided and addressed. (KPI must be established & reviewed regularly other than mid-year & year-end appraisals). - To review results and responses by analyzing the relevant data and information for reporting, strategy setting and tactical changes for improvement. - To evaluate the local market trend worldwide. - To initiate, analyze and develop sales promotion activities, business plans and operational flow improvement which contribute to the company branding, sales performance and members growth. - To prepare a budget, sales plan and members improvement plan to align company vision and values. - Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the showroom, company’s objectives and culture building. - Other related roles & responsibilities as required.

Analysis the martket competition to see the market trend in retail market Manage showroom for customer attraction , clean and safe store enviroment. Monitor and manage stock level to have enough different types of product ready. Analyse daily sales figure and showroom sale targets for sales incease regularly.
Schedule the delivery ways plan and supervise for all delivery operation. Assign the tasks to the team members according to the delivery ways plan. Estimate the weight (kg) of the products, arrange for the trucks and manpower. Check delivery location and dealing with sales personnel or customers related to delivery operation. Ensure all delivery schedules are met on time. Ensure delivery operations run smoothly and efficiently according to company standards and policies. Response to any issues or complaints related to transportation and address any customer issues that may arise. Monitor quality, quantity, delivery times, and transport costs. Ensure all operations adhere to laws, regulations, guidelines, SOP and health and safety requirements. Perform other related duties as required
Marketing Design, oversee and manage all aspects of our social media platforms and company’s website maintenance. Manage content for the company’s social media, emails and other forms of digital communication. (well understanding f-factors). Research, track and analyze consumer behaviors, trends and implement research into digital marketing campaign. Stay up to update on the latest social media trends, implement marketing plans and programs that are aligned with the company’s direction and vision. Evaluate the plans & programs regularly with measurable outcomes (ie, A promotion post & its number of showroom visitors, etc). Identifying the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry. Work with relevant departments and the right marketing agency to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies. Evaluate important metrics that improve our showroom & website traffic, service quotas and target audience. Prepare accurate reports for overall marketing performance and budget plan. Explore the regional areas and develop the dealers’ segment by identifying the right dealers. Plan monthly regular trips to visit the potential areas for such development purpose by driving or travelling with most feasible transport. Able to find out the market preferred products, plan out the flow of dealer appointment, negotiation for appropriate terms of transaction, consistent and persistent to identify the next dealers. Achieve monthly and annual targets set by the company. Coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely delivery of products to dealers. Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives at the dealer level. Other related roles & responsibilities as required.
