-Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, networks, network printers and scanners -Responding to breakdowns and investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults -Do the regular maintenance of printer, computer, and other IT equipment weekly -Register and manager the users of computer, network, and printer ID -Monitors and maintains proper inventory of hardware and software license -Install and configure the wireless AP, wireless controller, Synology NAS accounts to users -Provide assistance and support to the meeting room setup, BMS system, Door Lock Access, CCTV Monitoring, PABX system & Carparking Software -Can manage the vendor negotiation with project team for phase 2 project -Handling the FortiGate Firewall 200E and VLAN network -Other tasks assigned by Manager as needed
Main Responsibilities '• Generating new leads by identifying prospects and evaluating their position in the industry; researching and developing client data base • Developing strategies to establish contact and developing relationships with prospects; cold calls and visits • Maintains relationships with prospects by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending upon their requirements; creating the best package to ensure secure the deal • Recommend appropriate preference and lead prospects to selections • Coordinating with many different departments at all times to ensure all structured deals and terms can be satisfied as well establishing and enforcing organization standards. • Manage entire leasing process from cold calls/introduction to contract signing stage • Analyzed current market trend, condition, competitor information and creating customized report for Leasing Manager • Identify, develop and maintain real estate industry contacts by attending different types of social networking events and press conferences in order to build professional network • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Write and produce presentations, articles, press releases, company announcements and other related content. Build relations with various media channels to optimize the campaign’s reach and success. Ensure consistency in the company's messaging and voice across all platforms. Develop and execute meaningful Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives. Assist the Communication Manager in the research and development of brand reputation management, media management and crisis management. Support organizing events, conferences, and other organizational activities as needed. Prepare and create timely reports (PowerPoint presentations & Excel spreadsheets) for all communication campaigns.
Develop and refine the organization's strategic plan in alignment with the company's mission, vision, and values. Conduct market research, industry analysis, and competitive benchmarking to identify growth opportunities, market trends, and potential threats. Collaborate with senior leadership to define strategic priorities, goals, and objectives for the organization. Facilitate strategic discussions, workshops, and meetings to engage stakeholders and solicit input on strategic initiatives. Develop business cases, financial models, and performance metrics to evaluate the feasibility and impact of strategic initiatives. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on data analysis, market intelligence, and industry best practices. Lead special projects and initiatives as assigned by senior management, driving execution and delivering results. Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and strategic agility within the organization.
