Develop Sales and Marketing policies and procedures, set objectives and target, and prepare marketing strategic plan for productive and systematic operations. Supervise day to day tasks and activities of team member, monitor their performance, operational planning process, financial/budget execution to achieve high performance. Regularly visit and meet with KOLs of healthcare professionals. Plan and organize marketing activities including, product prsentation workshops, conferences, exhibition, educational events, webinar progarams. Peform effective marketing strategies to achieve agree - upon goals. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for the National Manager.
Develop and implement product marketing strategies to achieve sales and market share targets. Prepare and execute annual marketing plans and promotional campaigns. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance. Plan and manage new product launches and brand positioning. Provide product training and marketing support to the sales team. Organize CME programs, symposiums, and promotional activities for healthcare professionals. Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals. Monitor product performance and marketing budget utilization.
