Be the contact person for HR-related queries from HIQ’s business units. Propose an annual budget based upon organizational goals and the planned targets of production in the guidance of the CFO. Responsible to manage the cash flow and supervise over the financial transactions within and outside the company. Compiling financial reports and supervising month-end processes Managing and monitoring metrics, KPI tracking, and reports for the financial department.
