The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive sales of brand stores across Myanmar. This role will require a creative and results-oriented marketing professional with a deep understanding of the Myanmar fashion retail landscape. Key Responsibilities; Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan aligned with brand strategy and local market trends. Conduct market research to understand customer preferences, competitor analysis, and identify new market opportunities. Manage marketing budget and resources effectively. Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, in-store promotions, influencer marketing, and public relations (if applicable). Oversee the development and execution of promotional materials, including print, digital, and in-store signage. Manage and track marketing campaign performance using analytics tools and reporting. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and overall sales goals Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing trends and technologies in the retail industry.
