Job Responsibilities: • Assist the Showroom Manager in managing daily showroom operations. • Support sales activities showroom sales team to improve performance. • Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries and complaints. • Develop, implement, and monitor departmental strategies and operational plans. • Set team objectives, monitor KPIs, and evaluate employee performance. • Prepare and present operational, financial, and performance reports to senior management. • Coordinate effectively with all departments to achieve company objectives. • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to improve productivity. • Monitor budgets, control operating costs, and improve overall business profitability. • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners. • Analyze business performance and recommend strategic improvements. • Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, and Administration departments. • Monitor showroom presentation, vehicle display, and customer experience. • Prepare sales reports and operational reports for management. • Support marketing activities and promotional campaigns. • Lead cross-functional projects and ensure timely completion of assigned objectives. • Take charge of showroom operations in the absence of the Showroom Manager. • Ability to develop and implement business plans. • Assist the General Manager in business, decision-making, and company expansion initiatives. • Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager or the Management Team.
