Must be able to manage electrical-related activities, including power rollout, swapping, and upgrading. Must be able to coordinate with teams for the installation of DGs, battery banks, solar power systems, and rectifiers. Must be willing and able to conduct site visits and inspections for electrical systems. Must be able to provide technical guidance and training to technicians. Must be proficient in team management, vendor management, and client management.
Site Implementation & Supervision Manage site supervision, layout design, and CW RFI Supervise tower erection Technical & Quality Assurance Perform acceptance testing (PAT) and site audits to ensure compliance with standards. Maintain accurate documentation of cw activity test results, and reports. Coordinate with project teams, clients, and vendors for timely execution. Report daily progress, site status, and issues to the Project Manager. Ensure all materials and resources are available for site execution. Ensure adherence to company safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Manages the overall preventive and corrective maintenance of network elements in his domain. Plans Preventive & Corrective maintenance according to network elements and contract requirements. Implements, monitors, controls, and follows up with issues found till closure. Communicates and explains the plan to related teams or persons, and dispatches teams according to the schedule. Ensures that he/she read all contract carefully related to preventive maintenance scope and SLA. Ensures effective use of Client /Internal software (i-TSM & M-ITSM) for preventive maintenance scheduling. Able to manage in planning Preventive & Corrective maintenance, implementing, monitoring, and follows up with issues found till closure.
