We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) specialized in Civil & M&E works to manage project cost, estimation, and contract administration. The candidate will ensure effective cost control and support project delivery. Prepare BOQ, cost estimation, and tender documents Review drawings, specifications, and project scope Monitor project cost, budget, and cash flow Handle variation orders, claims, and final accounts Measure quantities and verify contractor payments Coordinate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors Support procurement and material selection Ensure compliance with contract and project requirements
