Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with the company’s objectives. Manage full-cycle recruitment and selection for site staff, engineers, technicians, and administrative employees. Monitor workforce attendance, timekeeping, and deployment across multiple construction sites. Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary procedures in line with Company Policy. Maintain updated employee records, contracts, and HR documentation. Lead performance management processes, appraisals, and career development plans. Supervise office administration, including procurement of office supplies and facility management . Oversee site-level administrative support, including camp management, staff accommodations, and transport arrangements. Manage company assets, vehicles, and office equipment inventory.
