Handle full set of accounts, reporting financial and relevant reports by daily, weekly, and monthly. Preparing financial statements. Overview and analysis of the Financial Performance of each Business. Preparing and monitoring monthly budget (Cash, P&L, Investment). Handle accounts receivable, accounts payable, and monthly closing balance. Inventory control and fixed assets control. Checking the cash payments, receipts, advances, and bank reconciliations. Prepare ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as requested by management.
Must be able to draw Marketing Plan / Way Plan and Sales & Marketing Strategy to increase sales. Must be able to provide supporting and lead the way in order to reach the given target. A person who can travel overnight and must be able to endure the hardships of the business. Sales difficulties presented by relevant marketing/sales teams; Customer Complaints must be resolved in a timely manner. Must have good character and excellent communication skills and be able to cooperate with the team, be able to work well under pressure.
