What we do

We’re INHOUSE, a Myanmar-based Furniture manufacturing company founded in 2010 in Yangon. We are in the business of delivering value-added Home & Office Furniture Supplies by providing Customize Furniture Solutions, One-stop home furnishing, Office turn-key solution, Project Furnishing, and exporting customize Kitchen to the US.

We are pleased to introduce ourselves as one of the largest furniture manufacturers associated with leading Architects, Design Firms and Builders for project execution for the wide profile of Corporate, Commercial, Industrial, Hotels and Residential clients across multiple markets with 3 retails showrooms.

Our History

INHOUSE is a business founded on a sense of purpose for transforming modern living lifestyles and workspaces to ensure the productivity of every single employee still shapes the way we do business today.

The idea of Inhouse has been founded by the real story of the Founder. Back in the old days, modern customized furniture is not trendy in the market and it was a headache to find the quality that he was excepted. The Founder started to think to upgrade the Modern Living styles that can create the warm, kind, and love for every individual house and the Inhouse was born with only 6 employees by doing home & office furniture customization project.

Our first retail showroom was opened in 2015 in Yangon and now called Than Thu Mar Showroom provided One-stop home furnishing and Office furniture supply that can meet the needs of every individual. We hired the International technical excepts, upgraded the production technologies, and produced high-quality machinery from Germany according to the needs of the Market. We started our second steps by opening a new retail showroom in 2018 in Yangon and now called Inhouse Kabaraye Showroom, a unique place to find the Lifestyle Inspiration Modern Customized and Upholstered Home Furniture and Modern Office Furniture that will reflect your office’s productivity.

Our wide spectrum started to Mandalay City as our third Retail Showroom to fulfill the needs of every household, Architects, Business Owner, and Hotelier by providing Turn- Key Solution. We exported Modern Kitchen Cabinets to the USA on earlier of 2020 that produced Inhouse Furniture Factory that remains as a Milestone of us. We have been signed as Authorized Dealer with Steelcase, LG-Himacs, KingKoil Mattress, Shaw Floors, and Clestra and it’s the proof for the existence of Inhouse.

Today, INHOUSE exists as a leading home and office customized furniture manufacturer that landed over 28,300 sqm Factory and Warehouse with 350+ employees. Since Inhouse was established to serve high-quality products, value-based prices household and office furniture, the existence of INHOUSE is just another proof of our commitment to our quality, service, and product.

Our workplace and culture

We are a big family comprised of 200 plus members. Despite of located in Industrial zone, we had created a fun working place by providing a canteen, football court and a garden for recreation.

We used to have seasonal gathering activities such as Independence Day Sport Day event, Kahtain Donation event, in-house water festival event and monthly employees' birthday celebration.

Once a year, we have company annual trip which all employees' most anticipated event. We also held annual staffs' party that can be considered the most jolly event as well as the staffs' talent show.

-Taking in charge in selling of medium to high-end furniture and interior decoration projects to achieve the showroom sales target -Responsible for new customer reception and company brand and service introduction, tap customer needs, and ensure that measuring opportunities are obtained -Taking care of Showroom sales items/stocks and make sure to keep good Showroom image -To participate in the internal and external events and exhibitions for achieving targeted sales results -To liaise and co-ordinate between our contractors and clients as well as with internal parties to ensure smooth implementation of projects -Cold Call and Cold Emails, and approach potential clients -Taking in charge to follow up the order, delivery and installation process -Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections from customers -Making daily, weekly and monthly report to Manager -Other ad-hoc duties assigend by Superior
• Manage daily furniture showroom operation system including sales and marking function, fleet management, staff management and other administrative maintenance functions. • Coaching staffs, giving training, scanning CV, interview candidates and selecting suitable candidates. • Manage and fully in charge for monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target. • Be charge for daily, weekly and monthly sales reports. • Contributes information, ideas, and research to help develop marketing strategies • Sets marketing schedules and coordinates with clients and optional project marketers and other professionals to implement strategies across multiple channels • Responsible for the business development with existing and potential customers to achieve sales target. • Assists the clients in the process of product selection and must involve for problem solving regarding sale orders. • Manage showroom staffs and designers monthly working schedule. • Arranging product list and taking responsibility for exhibition and road shows. • Greets guests in showroom in a timely, friendly, non-pressure and professional manner. • Presents and demonstrates products that fit the needs of the guest. Uses sketching to assist the guest visualize and make buying decision. • Inform all guests about our outstanding services, including Decorating and one stop service Solutions. • Reviews all documents for completeness and accuracy. Reviews all sales that are scheduled for pick-up or delivery to ensure accurate completion of the process. • Educates self on all company products, services, procedures and remains aware of all competitive products, prices, finance offers and services. • Works closely with other associates to help maximize sales and customer service. • Actively participates in training and sales meetings; applies learning to improve performance. • Provides total customer satisfaction through interaction, cooperation and working with associates and managers in all departments. • Reports to management team.
* Assist on running the project and follow up with the client's requests *Preparing bills of quantities by means of coordinating with all related parties *Review of tender drawings/documents , quantity take-off , request quotation,and comparison , mainly for loose furniture, built-in furniture, office furniture * Do Site measurement and material submission *Check and review the site requisitions and compare them with the approved Bill of Quantity ( BOQ ). * Submit and negotiate contract variations, additional works , snags and maintenance orders. * Any others assigned tasks assigned by manager
