Job Summary The HR Supervisor oversees daily HR operations under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure team efficiency and organizational alignment. This role focuses on supervising staff and monitoring Performance Management ensuring strict compliance with Myanmar labor regulations and company policies. Directly report to HR Manager. Key Responsibilities Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and assign tasks to HR Staff and Assistants, conducting regular meetings to ensure alignment and address challenges. Employee Services: Oversee disciplinary checks, benefits administration, employee records, and savings schemes. Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage the full recruitment cycle, review job advertisements, and ensure onboarding documentation complies with company policy. Performance Management: Assist in implementing appraisal systems and monitor probation assessments and performance improvement plans. Attendance & Payroll Integration: Supervise the maintenance of accurate attendance and leave records for payroll processing. Compliance & Reporting: Ensure all activities meet labor law standards and oversee the preparation of HR metrics and analytical reports for management. Interdepartmental Coordination: Act as the primary HR contact for department heads and facilitate effective communication across the organization
Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated NOC Engineer to join our team. The role is responsible for monitoring network infrastructure, ensuring system availability, providing first-line technical support, and maintaining smooth network operations. Duties & Responsibilities Monitor data center devices, network links, and environmental conditions (power, temperature, access), and provide Tier-1 technical support. Perform daily operations including ONT setup, account creation, bandwidth profile management, and troubleshooting customer issues. Handle incident management by performing initial diagnosis, documenting details, and escalating to relevant teams or providers. Prepare and deliver incident and bandwidth reports in a timely manner. Conduct environmental checks and manage site access for DC/DR sites. Log, manage, and escalate incidents in line with company procedures. Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem-solving.
