JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for updating, maintaining, and ensuring data consistency and reliability in the Point of Sale (POS) system, ERP system, and report system. Implement and maintain data security measures to safeguard sensitive information within the current system and SQL databases. Facilitate seamless data integration between the POS and ERP systems for efficient data flow. Support biweekly stock-take processes by monitoring and validating ERP data transactions to ensure accurate stock records and timely reporting. Regularly update the daily sales report of stores to identify discrepancies or anomalies, ensuring accurate revenue tracking. Update and maintain promo keys in the POS system to facilitate smooth promotional activities. Develop and optimize SQL reports tailored for different departments to provide relevant insights and support data-driven decision-making. Conduct detailed data analysis on various datasets used across business units to evaluate business processes. Design and develop tools, metrics, and interactive dashboards for data visualization, enabling stakeholders to gain insights into business performance. Conduct in-depth reviews to identify root causes of data issues and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective measures, ensuring data integrity. Provide training and support to business units on data analysis tools and methodologies, fostering a data-driven culture. Assist users with data transaction issues, providing timely resolution and support.
Purpose: This role is to support the supply chain team with inventory management and day to day process of order management. It must be eye of details for checking the entries of the stores for the accuracy of system inputs. To assist the assistant manager and SCM manager with the purchase analysis and supplier relations. Monthly stock take practice has to be done accompanied with assistant SCM manager at the warehouse and make sure zero variance. Responsibilities: Responsible for accuracy of system input & maintenance, support stores (restaurants) for direct orders. Inventory stock take and preparing reports requires by the department responsible person. Handling local purchases and purchase analysis Assisting SCM lead with YUM and JRG requirements Occasionally assisting procurement activities from other departments Monitor logistics, warehouse and inventory operations Identify and resolve any supply chain issues Coordinate and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers and retailers
