Summary: Our JOY Weight Management Service Co.,ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced Weight Management Program Manager to lead and oversee our weight management programs, ensuring the delivery of high-quality and effective services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project/program development, research, and management, with a passion for helping individuals achieve their weight management goals. Responsibilities: Program Development and Management: Lead the overall operation process to develop ongoing weight management service programs Coordinate with nutritionists in executing innovative products/programs and methods, aiming to achieve the business goals and improve products/service efficiency Coordinate with other departments (especially in Sales, Marketing, Customer service) to explore new and different business opportunity Develop and manage comprehensive weight management programs tailored to meet the needs of diverse clientele Create program frameworks, goals, and strategies to support clients in their weight management journeys. Monitor program progress, evaluate effectiveness, and make data-driven adjustments as needed Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure program integration and alignment with company goals Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest research, trends, and advancements in weight management, nutrition, exercise, and behavioral psychology Conduct in-depth research to identify evidence-based strategies and interventions for optimizing weight loss/weight gain and healthy living Translate research findings into practical program elements, incorporating cutting- edge techniques and methodologies Review and evaluate competitors’ products and market trend Client Engagement and Support: Provide personalized guidance and support to clients participating in weight management programs Foster a positive and motivational environment to enhance client engagement and adherence to program recommendations Address client concerns, questions, and challenges, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners (especially with celebrities, Winners, VIP customers) and other partners like external outsources Team Leadership and Development Recruit, train, and manage a team of weight management professionals, including Nutrition coaches, Weight Management Advisors, fitness trainers, and behavioral coaches Provide mentorship, ongoing training, and performance evaluations to team members, nurturing their growth and expertise Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that values continuous learning and professional development Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to assess outcomes, track progress, and identify areas for improvement Generate comprehensive reports and insights, translating data into actionable recommendations for program enhancement Utilize data-driven insights to refine program strategies and optimize participant results Collaboration and Outreach: Collaborate with external partners, healthcare professionals, Nutritionist and organizations to promote the weight management programs and establish referral networks Represent the organization at relevant events, workshops, and conferences to raise awareness and educate the community on healthy weight management practices
Leads Generation Marketing Executive plays a key role in driving growth and revenue through the development and execution of demand generation campaigns. They are responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing strategies to attract and engage potential customers, nurture leads, and ultimately drive conversions. - Developing and executing multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, content marketing, and webinars. - Conducting market research to identify target audiences, understand their needs and pain points, and craft messaging that resonates with them. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design to ensure alignment on campaign goals and messaging. - Managing and optimizing lead generation programs to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads to the sales team. - Tracking and reporting on campaign performance metrics such as email open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and ROI. - Continuously testing and refining campaigns to improve results and deliver the best possible customer experience. - Staying up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
Responsible for the full spectrum of the HR/Payroll & Administration. Maintain work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions. Check the manpower requisition and prepare job posts for this position. Manage social media and LinkedIn for recruitment marketing. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques and hiring processes. Measure employee retention and turnover rates. Employee Database Update. To Check & monitor all employee are in line with the company rules & regulations. Responsible for employee orientation about company policy and procedure. Support new employees for facilities and develop training and onboarding material. Prepare the departmental organizational chart and update main JD for quarterly. Assist in monitoring employee’s performance appraisal process. Prepare the performance assessment process for full of probation employees monthly. Coordinating the time attendances and ensure the correct amount for overtime, SSB. Solving issues which is related to employee’s complain and provide the employee engagement. Manage employment contract and other related document (Offers, Confirmation, warning, termination, promotion and Internal Announcement letter etc.,) Develop and manage HR policy and procedure and make sure employee understand and comply with them. Maintain HR operational documents e.g. Standard Operating Procedures, Policies and Guidelines, etc. Review, introduce and implement HR policies. Having knowledge of labor laws and other related laws. Monthly report preparation. To assist the HR Manager for ad hoc assigned tasks.
