Chief Accountant (Textile Factory) We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Chief Accountant to oversee all financial data and accounting operations at our textile factory. This role focuses on ensuring accurate financial information, strong internal controls, and timely reporting to Head Office. The position does not require full-set accounting up to final financial statements, but it does require strong oversight of all accounting processes and standards within the factory. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, GL entries, inventory accounting, costing, and expense control. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all financial data generated from procurement, production, inventory, sales, and factory operations. Review and verify accounting documents, vouchers, and system entries before submission. Monitor inventory, cost accounting, material usage, and factory-related expenses. Ensure proper internal controls and compliance with company policies and accounting standards. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and periodic financial reports to Head Office on time. Review variance reports, discrepancies, and abnormal transactions; follow up on corrective actions.
