Lead inventory accounting and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock records. Monitor raw materials, and finished goods movement in coordination with warehouse and production teams. Review daily stock in/out, stock adjustments, wastage, and reconcile physical vs. system inventory. Prepare inventory valuation reports and ensure accuracy. Review delivery notes, stock transfer, and material usage reports. Ensure proper internal controls for stock, materials, and fixed assets. Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with accurate inventory data. Coordinate with warehouse for monthly stock count and year-end stock-taking. Prepare discrepancy reports and follow up on corrective actions. Work closely with procurement, warehouse, and production to ensure transparency and accuracy of stock data. Support external and internal audits related to inventory and cost accounting. Manage full-set accounting, including AP, AR, GL, and monthly financial closing.
Oversee all internal audit functions across factories and business units. Establish annual audit plans and ensure adherence to internal audit standards. Assess production, inventory, procurement, costing. Identify operational risks, control gaps, and non-compliance issues. Perform detailed audits to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and strengthen processes. Conduct fraud checks and review abnormal or suspicious activities. Prepare clear audit reports with actionable recommendations. Monitor corrective actions and ensure timely resolution. Support management in strengthening governance and risk management. Guide, mentor, and manage the audit team.
