Position Title - Assistant HR Manager (Recruitment & Selection / Payroll) JWK Company Limited is seeking experienced and dynamic professionals to join our team in Yangon. Positions: 3 Posts (Male/Female) Location: Kamayut Township, Yangon Key Responsibilities: Recruitment & Selection: Develop recruitment plans, screen CVs, schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates alongside department heads. Payroll Management: Ensure accurate calculation of monthly salaries, OT, allowances, and bonuses. Compliance: Manage Income Tax and Social Security Board (SSB) contributions. Reporting: Prepare timely payroll reports, manage bank transfer files, and update HR software. Performance & Discipline: Plan and execute performance appraisals; monitor employee discipline and conduct disciplinary meetings/warnings when necessary. Administration: Review and submit monthly/annual HR reports.
